It would be better to have a South…
It would be better to have a South Island depot. The delivery cost is going to get higher & I won't be able to afford it.

Great meal choices that appeal to all of the family. Our 2 boys are excited to choose the meals and then all over again when they arrive and it's time to cook! It's made a tiresome chore fun again.

No box and zero communication
My box didn't turn up and I wasn't notified. When I queried it via the chat as that's the only way to communicate I was told two different reasons. One said there was an error with the courier and that I wouldn't be getting my box. The next person told me that my box got wet and wouldn't be delivered. Wasn't a good experience and I would expect better. The app said for the entire day that my box was being delivered. As our front door is quite exposed to the public we waited and waited....wasn't until I queried it's whereabouts at midnight that I was told there was no box.
So much for getting in touch team!

Great selection of menus
Great selection of menus of which most I’ve never come across. Great delivery service. They follow the instructions perfectly that I’ve given. Food once prepared and served is absolutely delicious. I have never had a meal that I have never enjoyed. Thank you. I know I’ll be with Hello Fresh for a long time yet.
