Hello Renewables have recently installed an air source heat pump in my self-build project. They were great on site, clear communication throughout, always available to answer questions and just generally a top team to work with. More than satisfied.

Hello Renewables have recently completed a fairly complex, grant funded, air-source heat pump installation for our new-build and we are extremely happy with their work and the results. Mike handled all our questions and helped us to make the right decisions. Steve did the installation to a very high standard... he is an excellent plumber and the pipework looks great. Very happy to recommend them.

Hello Renewables installed an air source heat pump for us in March 2024. From the offset, they were clear and easy to communicate with and were great at explaining things to us and answering our questions. Despite finding unexpected quirks in our house, they completed the work efficiently and were very accommodating of our needs. All the people we met were very friendly and professional. I also felt like we were given unbiased, pragmatic information without any attempt to upsell. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with HR's ASHP installation - a real, quality job from start to finish. Mike was really good at explaining everything to do with the principles and operation of the ASHP system for our 30s house retrofit project. He was great with the other contractors on site at the time - the interface was seamless. And most of all, the system works really well. Very pleased and would recommend.

Mike recently installed 2 Daikin Air Conditioning units in our house - the work carried out was exceptional and reasonably priced.

Hello Renewables designed, installed and commissioned a dual Daikin Heat Pump solution, replacing 2 Gas Boilers and dual 250Ltr Clarifiers. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional which was underpinned by their design knowledge to make sure the solution works exceptionally well. Our combined gas and electricity bills have reduced by 30% and they have remained in contact post installation to ensure we remain happy. Compared to volume Heat Pump installer (Eg BG) their attention to detail made our experience nothing but positive.

Mike has done a super job on the install and very happy with how it’s all working. He really knows his stuff and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The work is very neat, he’s tidied up some of my overly complex pipe work.

We decided to install an Air Source Heat Pump at my mother's bungalow as part of a complete renovation. We researched many companies as we are new to this technology. All companies were keen to do the work but Hello Renewables stood out by far - Mike, ensured he met us at the property to introduce himself and explain the entire process from quote, design through to installation. Him and his team did a fantastic job on the property with neatness of the install being the standout point. Mike explained how to run and maintain the system very clearly for what is a more complex heating method. My mother is very happy with the end result and loves the underfloor heating output. We will most definitely be using Mike and his team for our eventual AHSP install on our own property. Highly recommended! (........sorry for late review!)

We chose Hello Renewables as they are based close to where we live. From the very start we found them to be knowledgeable and efficient. They were let down by Daikin who were unable to supply the equipment which extended the installation date. We decided to vacate the property for the duration of the work so Mike could just get on with the work without having to re-instate the house each day. We are still getting used to the new system and think it was the right decision not to stay with a gas boiler. There is plenty of hot water but personally we would like it slightly hotter for washing up. There are no issues with the temperature of the showers. It has taken two and a half months to get the gas meter removed by E-On and when they turned up today the worksheet said it was the electric meter to be removed!

Mike and his team installed our ASHP in April. They were enthusiastic, helpful, punctual and adaptable to our specific requirements. Mike is very straightforward to deal with. The installation seems perfect so far (though it will be fully tested in January!). One minor suggestion: the handover session on Friday might be better spread over two days, as there's quite a bit to take in.

Mike replaced our existing, 15 year old and not very efficient heat pump with a new Daikin air source heat pump; sorted out some longstanding issues with our underfloor heating plumbing; and installed an air conditioning unit in our living room.

The result has been much more comfortable house with electricity usage a staggering 55% less than prior to the install.

The whole process - from beginning to end - was hard to fault. Clear, competitive quotes; great information and communication; the work started and finished on time; was clean and tidy. Whilst it's hard to say that replacing your heating is a "fantastic experience", this is as close as I can imagine it getting!

From start to finish, the project for the replacement of our gas boiler with an air source heat pump has been exemplary. Mike took the time to explain the process, what the heat pump would provide us with and then completed an in depth evaluation of our home environment. In the lead up to the start of the installation, Mike and Becca kept us regularly updated and answered any queries that we had. Mike and his installation team, including his camera man, were efficient and friendly. Mike then walked us through the installation highlighting key aspects of the differences brought about by the heat pump. The work was done during the January freeze but this did not hinder progress. We’re grateful to Mike and his team for their efforts.
