Mike is probably the best installer I have come across. No dramas, it works, he is helpful and his work is clean. He goes the extra mile and even labelled all the valves in the loft.

Mike has been so helpful, very thorough and extremely professional from start to finish with our project. Mike and his team installed the pump efficiently, timely and extremely tidy. Very pleased with the installation of our air source heat pump. I obtained quotes from a number of companies but Mike was the only one who spent time working out the best system for our house (as we already had solar thermal installed). Mike and the team installed a Daikin Altherma 3 H HT W (UK) in our home last September. Mike is extremely knowledge, and their service has been absolutely outstanding. Would wholeheartedly recommend them! They have also installed a hybrid pump is my friends’ house. They are also extremely happy with both product and Mike’s team’s work and service.
Ps our bills are so low compared with anyone using gas. For a 4 bed-room house we are not expect bills of more than £150-170/month for heating and hot water this winter.

We had our hybrid system installed last year & it's been great. It's just had its 1st service by a Daikin engineer who was delighted to find that it was a textbook installation, which he was blown away by. Good to know. I thought I'd share.

Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish in installing our air source heat pump in Richmond. In the run up answering all questions and handling all the necessary heat loss assessments. The installation went smoothly finishing exactly on time with high quality workmanship an obvious pride in all their work and systems installed. Very highly recommended.

If you are looking to install an air source heat pump then look no further than Hello Renewables, I would thoroughly recommend this company. We had a Daikin heat pump installed during March 2022, and frankly received truly an excellent service from Michael from the initial quote stage right through to installation and handover. He came up with some creative ideas for the installation plan (which helped free up some additional cupboard space). Everything was delivered on time, with excellent work quality. It was a pleasure to have Michael and his team around in our home. From my experience a very reliable, personable and professional company to deal with and we are very pleased with the outcome. I have dealt with lots of tradesmen over the years and would rate this company 10 out of 10.

I had a Daikin aircon heating and cooling unit installed in a garden office. This was previously heated by a wall mounted electric heater. The new system heats the room far quicker (about 30 mins from a cold start compared to 4-5 hours). It's also far more efficient in power consumption.

The Hello renewables team were superb throughout explaining the benefits and doing a very neat and tidy installation within the agreed timescales.

Hello Renewables provided good, professional advice on the installation of a Daikin HighTemperature heat pump. Queries were all answered well. The documentation for quotations, Ofgem etc. was handled in a timely manner. The installation was neat and tidy.
Support to resolve various minor problems was good.

Mike is brilliant. Knows his stuff. I’ve saved £1k a year by installing an AirCon Heat unit to replace my standalone 3kw heaters. Very quick, clean and polite. Highly recommended.

We're really pleased with our Daikin HT heat pump that was installed earlier this year by Mike at Hello Renewables. Mike did a great job explaining the system options, how they work, and how we could claim RHI payments.

I have just had air conditioning installed and this firm we're really helpful from start to finish.
They helped me to plan where to place the units, discussed and advised best units to install and finished on schedule. ( unusual in this day and age!)..very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Hello Renewables (HR) exceeded my expectations and were almost beyond criticism. I have only one reservation (which is as much about me as HR): after the installation was complete and working, I was on my own with some imperfect and unfamiliar Daikin paperwork and online data-entry work, when I really needed my hand rather more in such matters.
