If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. I fell for their test gimmick and pad the $1.00. I was unhappy because I didn’t even get the results.
What I didn’t know is it was somehow attached to a PayPal account that is attached to my joint bank account I never look at because I run everything out of my own. My husband just recently mentioned this charge that had been coming out of our account through PayPal for MONTHS! I had no idea $45.00 for I don’t even know how many months because I can’t access that PayPal account and I have no email Records to follow up with. So at this point they have “stolen” several hundred dollars from our account and I got nothing for it but a bogus look for the info in your email….they are crooks, sneaky and I wouldn’t trust anything.
I just want to cancel my subscription but it’s proving to be difficult to reach them.

I paid one time on facebook $0.99 for…

I paid one time on facebook $0.99 for an iq test result and they began charging my paypal account $29.99/month for some subscription that I did not want or ever use. I tried cancelling my subscription immediately, following the steps they recommend but was not able to as "no account could be located for me" under any of my email addresses.
This is the same reply that I received from their employee David (likely a bot as I received numerous identical replies from him asking me the same repetitive questions which led nowhere).

I provided all info that this company asked of me, multiple times. I reached out each time a new pending charge would appear on my paypal account, trying to cancel. Each time the same reply "there is no account under your email address". How can they keep charging a paypal account $29.99 seven months in a row when no such subscription / account can be located?

This has led to overdrafts in my bank accounts. It infuriates me that this can be legal -- for a business to refuse to cancel a service someone did not request, has not used, and has tried many times to cancel.
I've asked for my refund of $29.99 X 7 months and have gotten nothing back from them except for excuses why they can not locate any account for me.
I've provided them the paypal transaction ID numbers, Screenshots of these charges, dates and amounts... all my email addressess- the email address associated with my paypal and facebook accounts and nothing will get them to locate my account / subscription and cancel the service.

Took the $.99 IQ test

Took the $.99 IQ test. Did not subscribe, wife did the same. Now we are being charged $25.99 apiece for a subscription. Wrote and sent to company, for refund and cancellation. No response. Definite scam. $50.00 is too much for elderly people on fixed income. Something must be done!

I was scammed by them

I was scammed by them. I was hounded to get my results everyday up to 3 mails for 2 weeks. ONLY for $1.00. I finally paid. There was never any email or information about a membership or that I am paying an additional $24.99. I went back and checked every email they sent me and never found anything.
I would have never paid for this if I knew. It's unfair and unjust. I demand a full refund. I don't even think the test results are genuine. Even if you get most of the questions wrong, they tell you how great you did to make you curious to get your results.

Get a refund fast if they've scammed you!

My credit union refunded to my account the payments that this scam operation took from my account after making an initial 50 cent purchase but NOT authorizing further purchases. You might want to do the same before they go out of business because it won't be long before their merchant credit account that lets them charge credit cards gets shut down. Act fast before it's too late.

CerebrumIQ IS A SCAM

SCAM. Cerebrumiq is a scam. Here is how they do it. They offer a so called IQ test with several payment options. I took a test with a once off payment option of $0,99. Next thing my card is debited about $20 which I never authorised or signed for.
Then they provide a link for me to cancel, this link leads to a dead end. It claims I have no account with CEREBRUMIQ. How come they get money from card if I have no account with them?? I am definitely logging legal action for a refund.

PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. DON'T EVEN CLICK THEIR WEBSITE LINK.

I would give this company a -0

I would give this company a -0. I did the IQ test, paid my $0.99, and started being billed at $14.99 a month. I contacted the company by email, but never received an acknowledgment. I have been billed for at least four months. I just found where to cancel my "subscription" that I never signed up for. BEWARE. This company is a scam. Charging overone for membership is how they make their money!

Cerebral IQ have stolen over $400 from…

Cerebral IQ have stolen over $400 from my bank account without my authorisation. The only thing that I agreed to pay for was an IQ test result for US $.99. I did not sign up to a subscription. I did not see anything about a subscription or a trial and I would never have signed up to it if I did see that but there was nothing there about that at all. I never got any emails from them confirming any subscription I never chose a subscription. None of that happen that’s a load of shit. They say that it’s a free trial immediately after I pay the $.99 they took four more payments out of my account totalling over $100. I wasn’t aware of this straight away since then they’ve taken over $400 out of my bank account without me knowing from three different cards mind you Not from the original card that I used they are somehow taking money from my bank account when they don’t have the bank account number all the card number how is that possible? It’s disgusting. I’m a single mother. I have a disabled child and this is absolutely deplorable behaviour. These people need to be held accountable and I’m gonna try and make sure that happens I’m absolutely filthy. Their phone number is a fake phone number that’s listed online that says it all.

It is a traps and they take your money, Dont Use!!!!’

I did the IQ test and paid £1, only to be charged £29.99 for a monthly subscription I did not choose to have, I contacted the company, and they told me that I did choose the subscription which I didn’t because I again I only wanted to do the IQ test, I told them I didn’t have much money and that money was put aside for bills, they really didn’t care they won’t give me my money back

This company is a total scam. Please do not use them to get an IQ because you are dragged in to a subscription without being aware they should be prosecuted for theft. I was then told in the very small print when you pay for an IQ test you automatically subscribe, but you’re not told this and you can’t see this because it’s in the small print , so they’re fraudulent and a trap company do not use!
