I'm a fairly experienced IT guy myself, but I struggled to update some libraries on our linux server due to custom settings that are needed for our operational software. They backed up everything, went one by one resolving all conflicts all the way and let me watch and make notes, so next time I should be able to do it by myself. The resolved my problem and I got free training as a bonus!

Josh made into a wordpress expert in an hour. I called to get help with a broken plugin, the call turned into a tutorial and I learned more than from the dozens of videos I painstakingly watched before.

Very quick response despite me not being a client! We've had networking issues that stopped us from reaching the office server via VPN. Sergey did some magic and in less than 30 min we were up and running again!

A very different kind of service! When our emails stopped working, we called our hosting company and they couldn't figure out that we had a compromised internal account. We contacted Helpdesk Heroes and they ran a few scans on our network to identify the problem. In a couple of hours they dealt with our provider on our behalf, changed passwords, access permissions, cleared our email reputation and in the end we just migrated our emails over to these guys to avoid problems in the future. V
