VERY DESAPONITED
VERY DESAPONITED, TERRYBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MORE THAN A DAY, I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE SOFTWARE. TAKE VERY LONG TO REPLY THE EMAIL. I updated to 3 stars because someone called and helped me to fix the problem. However, I was disappointed with the time they take to respond to the emails and phone calls (never answer). So, I hope they will do better with communication with future customers.

My order was not correct
My order was not correct. I was charged twice and also did not order Microsoft 365. I am a subscriber to 365. My order was for Publisher for PC. I intended it to be loaded onto my computer and not connected to 365. I have requested a refund and did not download.

Very helpful service. I recently acquired a brand new laptop. While the Office suite was already installed, HP wanted me to pay for a subscription. I knew I didn't have to do that and went searching for a better deal. I found it through Helpful Download at a very reasonable (one-time) price. Now, being old (I remember buying my first Office suite in CD form and installing it), I thought I was about to purchase a download to be installed. So in preparation, I uninstalled the software - only to learn after purchase that I had only purchased the licensing with the expectation that it was already installed. (Sorry, long story.) I contacted customer service and set up a tech call to get it back. The gentleman I spoke with was kind, courteous and professional, and even though my internet was spotty at the time of the call, he got me set with the download and install. I was then able to activate easily. Office is now up and running perfectly. Thank you for the amazing patience and service!

Not what was Advertised
I ordered Office 365 Professional and was able to do the installation without trouble. However, when I went back the next day, I couldn't find the program, and was being asked to buy a premium license. In addition, Microsoft Access was supposed to be included, but wasn't. A message to customer support was answered with them wanting to remote into my computer, highly suspicious. Asking for a refund resulted in the same canned answer. A search on BBB showed they were using the BBB logo illegally, and they were not accredited with them.

Everything went as expected except for registering the product with Microsoft. I ran into a roadblock trying to use Firefox on the setup site. I finally gave up and used Microsoft Edge instead. Then the registration went smoothly.
