Assistant went above and beyond to help me; he was patient and knowledgeable. I wrote something in my review and agent called to assist me. Totally unresponsive after repeated attempts to contact Helpful Downloads. Left message after message and still no response. At the scheduled time of the technical support call l because product would not download, still unresponsive. Called back no less than 5 times and still nothing. I would NEVER recommend and completely dissatisfied. You need to do better if you wish to receive better recommendations.
