i have had a disgusting time with this place,1 car,not fit for purpose 2nd car got railroaded into came to me disgusting,chip in the window,never registered me as keeper of car….absolutely disgusting…..NEVER AGAIN

I visited the showroom after speaking to Darren on the phone about a car I was interested in and initially was just wanting to compare the car to one I had seen the previous day at a showroom in Worksop after driving 2 hours each way on the grounds the car was spot on and it had everything I needed to drive it away, this was not the case at the Worksop showroom, car was tatty and salesman didn’t seem to give a Sh1t either. First time visiting Henson motor group and was immediately greeted by Tom who was very friendly and told me Darren was with a customer and wouldn’t be long, he then offered me and my son a drink and asked if we would like to view the car while we waited for Darren which we did.
After taking a good look at the car we were greeted by Darren who was very friendly and helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the car I was interested in. We walked back into the building and I agreed to buy the car, and left a small deposit as the car had not yet gone to preparation so couldn’t take it away.
Darren was in regular contact over the coming days to keep me posted on when the car would be ready, he even called me immediately regarding an issue that a spare part they were expecting hadn’t arrived.
When the car was ready Darren offered to pick me up from my place of work and a final test drive back to the group to do the paperwork, which was fast and efficient (25mins max) from arriving at Henson to driving away in my wife’s new car.
Overall an excellent experience with this company and especially Darren who was professional and friendly from the very first meeting.
I would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from this company.

The process was so simple, I expressed interested in a car via the website and Steve arranged a test drive time to suit me. On arrival I was happy with the car but asked to have a look at others of a similar price and same fuel. Steve was more than happy to show me around and pointed out my new car! He got it out and we took it for a test drive.
The purchasing process was so simple and I collected my new car at a time to suit me. Ive had a few follow up calls from Steve to ensure everything is fine and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family

Bought a new car from Henson Motor Group, spoke with Tom who was very professional and informative. Went for a test drive and loved the car. Tom sorted the finance and all the paperwork really quickly and I drove out the very next day with my new car. I’d 100% recommend Henson Motor Group and will be coming back with my girlfriend next year when she’s due an upgraded car.

When I first walked into the showroom I was initially dealt with by a young man named Tom.

Tom took me through the admin side and explained the process to me and took me outside to the vehicle.

Tom and I took the vehicle for the test drive and then on returning to the showroom, took me through all of the administration side of purchasing the vehicle and took me through the extras the company offer. This included warranties, breakdown covers, mats, boot liners and cleaning kits.

On collection day for picking up the vehicle, I had arranged a time and I would also be meeting with callum.

Callam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Once Callum had took me through the remaining paperwork, taxing the vehicle and handing everything else over, we had a pleasant chat during the vehicle handover outside.

Before I left, Callum reminded me to get in touch if I have any other questions or issues with the vehicle.

All in all, I had a very pleasant buying experience, including part exing my old car.
I will happily go back to Hensons when I'm ready for my next car as. They have a great selection, great deals and offers and can cater for any optional extras you might want.

Id recommend this place for a car, they've been around for a long time and have built up a good reputation and it shows when dealing with them.

Bought a Mercedes A class for me and my wife, the whole process was effortless, Steve was brilliant keeping me up to date with things and offered a good price for our old car also. Highly recommend Henson motor group.

Just bought a BMW Series 2 Grand Tourer from this garage all seemed good until now it needs brakes done
During the process al was going smoothly arranged to collect the car on Saturday 12th but unfortunately had to change to Thursday 10th for collection, called to speak to the sales person but was told she was on vacation and that they would make a note on there system and that was all okay.
So we travelled down by train on The Thursday the 10th to then be told we weren’t expecting you until the 12th…. I had also emailed with these details and but didn’t get any response but as I had called and was told by the sales person I assumed all was good.
1 and a half hours later we finally drove off in the car for our trip back to Edinburgh car drove very nice was extremely happy.
Yesterday Friday 11th we went to visit friends in Glasgow again all very nice driving
Today we are heading down the road to Stafford and we get a warning that the brakes are needing done.
I’m not mechanically minded at all but this seems a little off to me RAC and AA checks well I don’t know what check have been done if any after not a lot on miles the brakes need doing?

Update Henson Motors have clarified that a service has been done to the car brakes discs all around, just unfortunate the cars system had not been updated which caused the brake warning to come up the cars system wasn’t updated since 2023.
