Callum was so helpful I went to look at the car on Sunday and he had everything sorted by Tuesday, couldn’t have asked for better service

I just got a car from Henson and Callum was a top chap in sorting out the papers works. I still haven’t used the car for long but the customer services I received was wonderful.

Richard and Lee just bought my car for a great price, transaction was seamless, money in bank immediately and they even dropped me off at home. All done in less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Bought hyundai veloster that had been accident damaged and poor repaired after getting InTouch with the previous owner this was confirmed and photos sent . After returning the car they were professional and was very helpful as I was not very respectful to them they did refund deposit and sort the finance out . I would say go and inspect there stock as the salesman said car was in his words "mint" totally different yellow on one side of car also overspray and masking tape marks . Thanks for your response there are touch ups and also smart repairs and as for a 13 year old car that was £2000 above cap clean i expect a better standard off car that has been painted all the way down one side off the car I'm happy to post the full damage of the car from previous owner who hit another car and got rid of the veloster as they could not live with the difference of yellow after leaving the car industry after 20 years i won't recommend or buy from you again . I am still waiting for the rac report and have been refused it as we both know it's not a report or even a inspection it's only a headline to sell there warranty or a hpi that may not recognise any damage as it was sorted by previous customer insurance and as stated i have the proof of damage 2 doors and rear quarter don't try and fob me off with a small repairs on a 13 year old car

Great choice of cars and good service and aftercare

Tried to sell me an ex Rochdale taxi, I only found out when I paid for my own vehicle check online . Company had the cheek to withhold and keep my deposit when I withdrew from the deal.
Tread carefully.

Darren is the best sales person i have ever worked with and smooth process too.

This is my second car through henson group and always looked after by the team there. They sourced a specific car for me in the specification i required at the price i was after.

First time at Henson, I was looking at EV cars and initially looking at Mercedes, Darren advised us on looking at something else with better range to meet my needs and came across Mustang Mach E. After test driving, decided it was a great car.

Darren was a great help, everything was explained simply and all questions answered.
Will definitely be recommending and continuing using in the future.
