Bought a transit custom back in June 24 had nothing but problems and faults with the van from literally when I drove it off the yard and the addition warranty bought is a waste of space had a claim open for 3 months and still no resolution!

Just purchased for the first time from the Henson group. After being having a bad experience with a another finance broker I had lost faith in getting a new car. Darren from the Henson group was so helpful and not pushy and said he could help. Wish I had went to Darren in the first place ! He sorted everything for me and kept me in the loop the whole way upto collection. We travelled from Scotland for the car and are over the moon with it and can’t thank Darren enough !

Saw the car online but travelled to go see it. Fell in love with the car and the sales person who dealt with us Jack was fabulous. It was seamless from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and was very accommodating from start to finish. We were able to drive away the same day. Very efficient and what a nice guy. Thanks so much. Will be recommending to anyone who needs a car. The 2 hour journey was worth it. EDIT sadly I’ve had to come back to edit this review. The car has had multiple issues since I got it and it was an absolute nightmare to sort out. There were scratches on the windscreen that I thought would wipe off only to discover that they were actually dented in the windscreen on the outside. We tried for over a week to sort this and were being consistently dodged by the sales rep. After sales couldn’t help us because they needed it authorising by sales. Jack was nowhere to be seen so we asked to speak to a manager which was equally hard work. We got the quotes for a windscreen as we had been asked to and this took an age to get a response. We were promised a response “by the end of the day” to no avail so my husband emailed the managing director to prompt a reply. Low and behold we got one the following morning authorising the repair. Simultaneously to all this going on a notification came up on the dash that I needed a new battery (after 10 days of having the car slightly worrying that this hasn’t been checked already) although Anna from after sales was fabulous, got this authorised and we went to the local Halfords to get this done and she arranged the payment no problem. Anna has been the only saving grace for this company. The manager Kurt nor Jack were helpful, efficient or prompt, but fantastic at dodging us, which has put us off from returning.

Great experience all round. My sales advisor, Callum Cairns, was excellent. Very honest and upfront. Bought my BMW online and the car far surpassed my expectations. I’d 100% recommend. Fantastic customer service and a quality motor. I’ll definitely buy from Henson group again. Brilliant. Very happy customer 👍👍👍

Great salesman Darren nothing a problem would recommend

Callum was very efficient, personable and good at explaining all of the compliance items which were required during the purchase process. He knew the car, the deal agreed and was quick to obtain the information he needed from me without making the process onerous. He also gave me some advice regarding my private reg which is currently on retention and when I would be able to add this to my new vehicle. The car was brought down ready for me to collect as previously arranged, which was a nice touch. I opted to take an enhanced warranty and was impressed with the price. Great, consistent process throughout.

Charlie was great keeping me updated with the process of buying a car and he was very helpful and professional during the experience.

I recently purchased a car from Henson Motor Group, and I can confirm it was a really good experience from start to finish. I was seen to by Callum Smith who was very pleasant to deal with, attentive and helpful.
However on the day I went to pick my car up, Callum was unavailable to hand my car over, so I was being seen to by Tom Kenny who was just as pleasant to deal with. Overall I can say I am very happy with my experience.10/10
