I love this store and I love transformers! So if you do also, worth getting whatever you like and choose! You will receive a great service! The store is not in my province or state! Far but not so far away thanks to postal service!

Just wish their shipping was more upfront about packaging care options and exactly what's included or excluded in this case. Contrary to what customer service points out AFTER it's shipped... there's no mention of standard packaging having absolutely no protection. I couldn't find it throughout the whole checkout process...and believe me if I seen it I would have used it because the item that I bought was a collectible in mind. The box came with zero packing paper or air packs. Absolutely NOTHING in it. Lucky for me it arrived unharmed. Short handling/shipping distance maybe? More than likely just plain luck. Lesson learned when dealing with a new business. You need to be clear about about shipping details... don't assume the expected care I suppose. Stress that proper care should be a mandatory expected default considering especially what's involved.

Wanted to review these guys earlier, but the day after my first order arrived...I decided to order from them again. So here is a two experience perspective. Both times The shipping experience was an absolute treat. The shipping time on both orders was well within the time allotted for shipping and handling and each order was well shipped with excellent packing to assure no damaged parts.
Highly recommend this seller and will be using again in the future. A+

Received exactly what I ordered

It’s totally just a scamming website. First of all, I buy my stuff in 12 January and 2 weeks later they’re still unable to shipped. After I complained they send me a website and show me it shipped. What rediculious is they cancel the shipping next day and thought I will not check. The more rediculious is they claim themselves as Canada company shipping American products from China using Chinese shipment. After I say the shipping was canceled they suddenly say they’re out of stock??? And will refund. And one day later, they suddenly can ship from China??? So coincidence. And the most funny part is it’s been two weeks since they claim they will refund. And it still processing! Honestly I don’t know what refund need two weeks to process but one second to receiving the money.
IT IS A SCAM. NO REFUND AT ALL. DO NOT PAY.

I ordered this product almost a month ago and still not have received the package. It’s very disappointing that it would take this long to arrive especially when I ordered it for my son’s birthday which was a few days ago.
I will not be ordering from your company again due to this reason.

Everything was pretty great to be honest. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped to get my preorder, but it came in and was mint. The customer service was pretty good. However, on a second enquiry I didn't get a response back though. That may of been my fault because I replied to the same email as before and didn't send a new email. The first email they responded quickly, so I think it was me. Regardless, I've got another preorder on the way and will 100% order again if I see something I like. Keep up the good work everyone, and thanks!

The ship promptly and with sendle have really good domestic rates in Ontario. It was well packaged. Second order with them and I have been happy both times.

I have been charged for my shipment but yet have to receive anything. I have had discussions with a company representative who stated it could take up to 2 weeks to complete my order. So why have I been charged for my order when nothing has been forwarded to me. I would expect that once the order is shipped, then the charge would appear on my card.

Web site is easy to navigate, good selection and pricing, items were well packaged and delivered with care! All good would come back and also definitely recommend!

Good experience with the store itself, but the carrier is terrible. I received the package six days after the stated delivery date. The tracking information said the items were on the truck, out for delivery, for each of those six days. Canada Post would have been so much simpler - and that says a lot.

Well packed and shipped fast! Will shop again.
