Placed order and paid in full. Assumed order was complete. After numerous emails was informed of incomplete order due to out of stock items. Played email tag for a month. Was told it would be shipped. Finally picked up order at merchants home. I recommend consumers to not deal with this business because they lack the responsibility of timely responses. Ordered twice order both times not complete. They have a lazy attitude in keeping consumers satisfied.

Exactly What I Ordered
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical since I had never heard of this retailer, but since they had the best pricing and were located here in Canada, I went ahead and purchased the 2022 Dia De Muertos Barbie & Ken Dolls. The dolls arrived promptly, appear to be genuine and I look forward to showcasing them this Día de los Muertos. I also opted for the 'Collector's Packaging' and received completely unblemished boxes. Extremely satisfied and look forward to future purchases.
