Hello Mathieu, Upon checking into your order it seems you ordered Pre-Order item on January 28th and was fulfilled on September 7th. So it’s not even 9 months and all Pre-order items are out of our control on when we receive them. Thank you for your business.
Predatory Policy Loses Them a Customer.
I didn't get everything I ordered, because of their stupid policies.
Ordered 4 items. 1 item wasn't in stock during packing, so instead of waiting for it to come back in stock (which would happen, as the item is still listed for sale on their website) they decided to ship without it.
Then to top it off, the only indication that they were aware of that, was an 'x' beside it on the packing slip. The order said it was fulfilled on the website.
Had to contact support in order to get a refund for something that they knew they didn't ship out to me. They told me this was how they did things.
Seems like a predatory policy, and will no longer be shopping here because of it.

Don't waste your time and money
Ordered an item, but weeks later they had not shipped it nor could they tell me when it might be shipped. I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund given. They then said a re-stocking fee would be charged on an item they had not even touched yet. Don't waste your time ordering from this place.
