Great customer service and overall experience
I had a little trouble setting up an order for their free shipping promotion, so I contacted the store. They were quick top reply and explain that one of the items was in a different warehouse so it would take longer to gather the 3 figures I ordered if I still wanted the free shipping. I was fine with this, so they sent me an invoice with free shipping. Great customer service!
The items shipped and arrived within the estimate window they gave me. The figures were well protected and carefully packed.
Overall a great experience. The site is now a go to when I am looking for more Mcfarlane DC figures.
