Luke is without doubt the best person I have worked with in professional services. His levels of service put others to shame. His expertise knows no bounds and he does not stop until he gets you what you need.

I have a very complicated financial setup - own business, property with ex which other mortgage advisers would have struggled to understand let alone get me a second mortgage. Which Luke has done, twice. I have recommended him to friends and family members and I am delighted to report back that he has also done an incredible job for them.

Luke and Lauren we're absolutely amazing in sorting our mortgage and life insurance. Luke at Heritage mortgages was amazing. By far the most professional and the speediest person in my chain. Luke not only covered his own angles but prodded the others like the solicitor who was useless to make sure I got what I needed from them. He worked so fast on my application that it meant I could get in quick and beat the other people offering on my house. I had no idea if I could even afford it but he turned it around so fast that I got the house I wanted. Thanks Luke and team.

Cannot recommend highly enough, thanks to Heritage Mortgages my 19 year old Son is now the proud owner of a 2 bedroom flat! The road was a rocky one due to the current market but nothing was ever too much trouble, I felt that Luke and Lauren were more like Friends by the end of it.

Will Atkinson was recommended to me via my work agency as I am a contracted/agency nurse. I cannot even begin to describe how incredible Will and Lauren Drake were on my house buying journey. My case was complicated being an agency worker who is paid via an umbrella company, and then splitting up with my husband on a joint application, Will was extremely knowledgable and helped me through the whole process.

Annabelle was so helpful and practical when it came to getting a mortgage for my son who is self employed. More than 2 other brokers had told him to go away and come back is 12 or 24 months but not Annabelle. She immediately told us it was completely possible and what we needed to do. He is in the CIS scheme and we needed 13wks slips as evidence and coupled with Further guidance from Annabelle to swing the odds in his favour he got his mortgage offer and is now in his own home at 22. Getting a phone call one month into the pandemic from your landlord saying they are selling up and need things done fast?
Well this happened to us not a month or so into lockdown
Will at heritage definitely had a job on his hands - our mortgage was a difficult one it was a shared ownership in the middle of a pandemic and when no one was lending and it needed to be done quickly - with every lender in the country scared to lend due to the pandemic and those we did try making us jump through more hoops than a circus act, we have received our offer this week
Will NEVER GAVE UP, kept us constantly updated and explained everything simply, every step
of the way. He took the stress and worry out of everything and was ALWAYS available if we needed any questions answered. He never wavered in helping us reach our goal sorted our all our life insurances too.
We would HIGHLY recommend heritage mortgages and especially WILL AITKEN and Lauren to anyone for a mortgage
