They talked the talk but didn’t deliver what was ordered it took too long to rectify and to this day never delivered the correct coin to complete the set disappointed 😑

Very poor experience.
Very poor experience.
My dad bought a VE Day set. When it arrived, one coin was missing. He called and asked for the missing coin. He was sent a duplicate of one he already had. So he called again. He is very hard of hearing and it’s very clear when you speak to him on the phone that he’s struggling to follow the conversation.
Instead of getting the missing coin, this time Heritage Coins sent him a different set and billed him more than £300. He didn’t ask for the new set at any point and was surprised when it arrived.
He has since tried to return all the coins but he doesn’t have a smart phone, can’t hear well and isn’t computer literate enough to generate a QR code for a returns label.
He has spoken to Heritage Coins and thought they were sending him a returns label in the post. He hasn’t received one.
I’ve tried to contact customer service to fix this for him. The phone line has 3 options - pay a bill, buy more coins or talk about your account/order. When I choose the option to speak about the orders, there is a recorded message saying no one is here and use the online chat. I used the online chat, I was told someone would need to call me back - this was four days ago. No one has called back. I emailed customer service two days ago and haven’t heard back.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. It doesn’t want to engage with customers when things go wrong. There is no simple and fast way to contact them unless you want to give them money.
I would like to return the coins for my dad but just wanted to speak to someone at the company first to make sure I’m doing it the right way since there is a lot of money involved.
I think the sales staff need training on dealing with vulnerable customers.
They should be sure that someone has heard and understood before they process large sums of money from their account.
Update: I’ve noted the response from customer service. The problem is I’ve already used the chat and been told someone will need to call me back and they haven’t. And I’ve also emailed and had no reply. All attempts to make contact have failed so telling me to use the chat isn’t all that helpful.

My last (and it will be the last) order…
My last (and it will be the last) order arrived in a timely fashion but their accounts department were useless, twice failing to correctly allocate payments to the order and subsequently issuing demands for payments that had already been made, and were showing as miscellaneous credits on my account.
Also although I have asked to be removed from their contact list, they have ignored this and I am still receiving phone calls from them

Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered one of 49999 coins. After just over 3 months I very politely enquired when my coin may arrive. The response was "due to an overwhelming demand......" Well if you have minted 49999 coins, surely that will be the demand. It arrived 18 weeks after I paid for it which was 12 weeks after my nephew should have received his birthday gift, which, by the way, he and I were pleased with. Lovely gift, dreadful service. Sad

Coin arrived loose in packaging no protection out of box ,it looked un finished roughly made ,I contacted customer service they just said il send another which I never asked for then got billed another 40 pounds for another coin I didn't really want keep receiving junk mail every month for other coins

Matte or proof
Coin was very good even if I’d prefer proof and not matte proof. Anyway it was my fault because it was written on your site. Probably proof coins were already sold out.

Lost in the post
Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage was left sticking out of our post box at LE7 4RB. However when we returned home the parcel was missing. Believe that the Royal Mail tracking number was OZ609782725GB. Only the sender can claim. Please re-send item or refund costs.
