Living up to the heritage name

I love that Heritage Parts curates the brands they sell. Sometimes it's hard for me to pick out quality parts from all the c-quality repro garbage, and so far I only bought well made products from Heritage. It builds trust.

Terrible service and quality

Terrible service, when the order arrived the quality made the service look great.. Spent 2500 for the majority to not even be able to fitted to the car due to the atrocious quality,

Spammers

I stopped purchasing from them because every time I bought something, my email was used for spamming. It feels like I’m not only paying for their products but also giving away my personal data for them to abuse it.

This goes against my GDPR rights. I have asked them three times to stop, but they ignored my requests. As a result, I have reported the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

The email you received since that request are post purchase transactional emails regarding your purchase and requesting review - they are not phishing or spam emails. Honestly the fact that they have free reliable shipping to Australia for heavy items like brake rotors is amazing and the prices are still amazing as well. Would love to see you guys add bmw parts as Australian prices suck compared to the UK.

First encounter with a brilliant company

This was my first encounter with the Heritage Parts Centre.
The website was easy to use, the ordering process was smooth and although I had missed the next day delivery deadline by at least half an hour my order still arrived the next day - and perhaps unusually for these days the messages from the courier where timely, helpful and accurate.
