Parts shipped quickly and arrived perfectly, great UK to USA transaction!

My order was shipped in two separate boxes. I had already paid nearly $400.00 to Heritage Parts Center to cover the cost of shipping my order to my house. It appears the shipper (Heritage Parts Center) printed a duplicate shipping label for the second box so only one of the boxes was delivered to my house. The second box arrived postage due ana I paid an additional $98.00 to the United States Postal Service to receive my shipment

still have not received my order through Australia posts Star trek since the 22nd September it's been in the country yet has not arrived in three weeks to me I've done a reg I can yet have not received parts and can no longer wait in this area for them .

The technical support advisor was very good in that the part I required was not available, however he suggested a different part that could be adapted to fit which it did!

I opted for next day delivery as needed the part urgently. It was not delivered the next day and I tried to get onto the DHL tracking site to check where it was and nothing came up. I tried to ring the firm several times and after 15 minutes or so it cut off.

Hence I wrote an email to Heritage parts as there is not the possibility to talk to a person.
An hour and a half later I got a response which said that the part was delivered but the mechanic/garage was not open for the delivery, which was not true.
Why was a calling card not left at the delivery address if that were the case, to state that an attempt had been made to deliver the part?
It was delivered the next day which was fortunate as I nearly had to pay for another MOT but managed to get a Re-MOT an hour before the garage closed!

Well I ordered a window seal almost a week ago and paid the extra cost to have it shipped priority shipping so I would have it within 5 days as stated when I ordered it and it's been over 5 days and I still haven't received what I ordered and I have to have this delivered to the customer in the next 2 days cuz my house is sold and I'm moving 3 hours away! Now I'm going to have to travel 6 hours round trip plus the time to install because i didn't get what I paid for! I will not be dealing with this company again after waste my money like I did. I could have drove to Michigan to pick the seal up myself and drove back and had it installed and back to the customer already.
