This was first time ordering from this company but the wig I ordered and received was just as described. Happy with the wig. But the delivery took longer than I expected. I normally receive my wigs within 3-5 business days. I didn’t know this company was overseas. Overall, I had a good experience.

The customer service was excellent with relatively fast shipping from overseas. They respond very quickly to emails and seem to actually care about your experience. The wig itself is gorgeous. I got the 20-in curly kinky Edge black unit. After I took 80% water and 20% conditioner and combed it through with a Denman brush and let it dry the curls were lush and shiny and beautiful. This is the best company that does kinky edges in my opinion. This is pmmy fourth Hermosa purchase and I will keep purchasing these quality units. Also the gift package they give you is much better than the other companies you get makeup brushes, press on nails, lashes, band. I don't use a lot of it but it really feels good to get it anyway!

This is because they then sent me an email to take my review down, without even trying to make it right! Just a “Yes, we lied but will you take down?” Smh. And I still haven’t received neither my “Overnight/24 hr wig” NOR my “2-Day delivery” wig with the Fast20 code (didn’t mention this one in my last review but purchased on the same day) and it has been 6 days. The Overnight one just shipped today—six days later lol…what a scam. Literally ruined my weekend.

I had a great experience with Hermosa Wigs! I purchased the 2 wigs for $189 deal, and I’m very happy with my order. Before purchasing, I had questions and their customer service responded quickly and clearly, which I really appreciated. I also asked them to downsize the wig cap, and they did exactly that with no issues at all.
The hair quality is really good — soft, natural-looking, and easy to manage. Both wigs fit well and look amazing straight out of the package. Overall, great communication, great price, and great quality. I will definitely be ordering from Hermosa again!

Im highly disappointed. this is my first time ordering and it will be my last. I ordered a braided wig thinking it was a full braided wig from the photos and it wasnt. I asked for a refund or they can just send me out a new wig. They told me i have to send back the wig but never gave me a return label or anything. Then the new wig i asked them to ship me is less then the wig i originally purchased. That would be fine and i wouldnt require a refund if they would just ship me a new wig out but ive been going back and forth now for days trying to get my new wig shipped or a refund. These companies lie about the return policy bc they try to make you keep the wig and offer you not even close to what you paid which they only tried giving me back $25 on a wig that cost me $233. And im STILL waiting on a shipment of a different wig ive been dealing with this for a few days now. Im ready to escalate this bc its bad buisness. Its so many other reputable companies i wouldnt recommend using this one because they are a scam. Mind you i waited almost 3 weeks to receive this ugly wig and now its taking more time to do a return or exchange for a new wig
