He explained us the market, and seemed to try to get the best deal to us. Zara made sure to keep us updated and feel at ease while the application was in progress.

Don and Leona were so helpful. They were knowledgable, responsive, very calm and made the process really simple. They sorted out moving my old mortgage onto a new product whilst the conveyancing process was in going (as it was about to expire) and helped me get a good deal for the new mortgage.
