Very odd experience. I requested two initials be engraved on the inside of a cuff bracelet. They said they were "unable" to do it (even though they offer an engraving service for this item and the photos on their website depict engraving on the inside of the bracelet).

Ordered a couple of silver pepper & salt mills. Realized I made a mistake regarding engraving, called them and got lovely friendly help, just the way a great small shop of the old days solved things. Super fast delivery to Sweden and a lovely product. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolutely worst experience ordering from here. My item said it would take 3-5 days and after 10 days I contacted the seller as it hasn’t arrived, was told there was postal stiles to allow up to 15 days, after 15 days still not arrived. There customer service women was so rude and unhelpful and didn’t offer any assistance in finding out where my order was. When I requested a refund I was told 7 days max and it wasn’t refunded in 7 days. DO NOT SHOP HERE. horrible experience

Having looked and looked for quality cufflinks at a reasonable price for our son's 30th we phoned H&S. A great first impression because we got straight through to a human being rather than a recording! The lady we spoke to, Eriana, could not have been more helpful. We came off the phone feeling thoroughly assured taht we had found the right company. The seal matters, within 10 mins we had received a mock up photo of what the product would look like with the engraving that we chose. We were warned that the order could take up to 10days. Imagine our delight when we recived the cufflinks after only two days. And they are SUPERB! I would have no hesitation recommending Hersey to anyone looking for quality silver products. Thank you!

So, we were looking for a silver cross, engraved, as a 21st birthday present. Hersey’s had an excellent selection and reviews so we order. The cross was delivered in a few days, but way bigger than we wanted (our error for not reading the size guide properly). A quick email and returned the cross, replaced within 4 days with a smaller cross and they refunded the difference. Unbelievable service, cross is superb, neck chain is excellent, cannot recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a st Christopher with engraving on Monday 19th and was told it would arrive by 29th. It has arrived 21st so super fast delivery.
I'm so pleased with the item, it came with lovely packaging and all wrapped up properly and item was reasonably priced.

I Ordered an engraved silver Napkin Ring which i am delighted with. A very well made item exactly as described and perfectly engraved. Delivery was very fast and the packaging was excellent. Highly recommended.

I ordered two items, one of which was personalised, yesterday afternoon. They both arrived first thing this morning! amazing quality and a great price
