Ordered the silver deluxe bracelet in the afternoon, was pleasantly surprised it was waiting for me when I got home from work the next day. Lovely quality item. Will definitely buy from them again.

When I bought my product I first thought it would never arrive because I don't live in the UK but with great amazement my package was already delivered after 2 days!!!

Standard delivery by the postal service might take longer than usual during these covid19 times so during these times, if I should need a guaranteed arrival/delivery by a particular date, I would choose/request this option to be sure.

I contacted Hersey & Sons to check if they could do a necklace with five charms for my nieces birthday. After a day or two they replied and I explained what I wanted and that the items needed to arrive by the 30th May for my nieces birthday.

I was called to say they had the items and they would definitely arrive in time. Reassured, I placed the order. I received confirmation and spoke again and was told the item was being shipped on the Tuesday and would arrive Thursday.

When the item had not arrived by the weekend, I contacted Hersey to clarify where the order had gone, again explaining it was my nieces birthday and so important to arrive when they stated it would. I asked if they could check the tracking to ensure it would arrive in time and I was stunned to be told they do not do tracking as it was sent via first class post! I asked if they were joking that a jewellers sent out non tracked items? I was then informed the gift was sent on the Wednesday so should arrive by Saturday.

I stopped them immediately and explained I was told on the Tuesday it was shipping straight away that day and instead this had not been done until a day later! The lady responded ‘well we should have sent it next day’ and ‘I don’t know why the person who dealt with the order did not do so’. She explained it should arrive in the next 5 days (4 days AFTER the birthday!!!).

I explained how disappointing this was as I would not have ordered if they had been honest and said that they may (or may not) get round to sending it out today/tomorrow/sometime and instead of using a courier, would just use standard post.

So no surprise that, no my niece did not get her present on her birthday and no follow up nor apology from Hersey & Son. We all expect some issues at the moment with orders, but when it’s a birthday gift and people ask verbally and in writing to check you will deliver in time, it’s a really poor show to confirm this, say the item is being sent that day; if it is clearly not true.

My niece thought I had forgotten her birthday or may be was not bothering any more - how upsetting and frustration to feel as a young person that you were forgotten. I had to be contacted by another family member to say my niece was embarrassed to speak to me on her birthday as she did not know what to say - to thank me or not!

The reason I have two stars is that the necklace is apparently nice, however it was a birthday present which was notified before placing the order, during placing the order, after placing the order, when it should have arrived, after it should have arrived - when I order items, why make it a full time job to find out if you’ll bother to deliver things (then they are late anyway).

Ordered a present on free standard delivery (2-5 days) and it arrived the next day. Efficient service and great quality product!

We have bought from Hersey’s a couple of items as the workmanship & quality are top notch. The purchasing was seamless, easy & prompt. We received delivery within days, with beautiful packaging. Both pieces of jewellery were gifts & the recipients were delighted with them. Unfortunately one of the necklaces got damaged by no fault of Hersey’s but upon me contacting them to either send it back for repair or replace it, they kindly have sent me another one without quibble or discussion! This has exceeded all my expectations & couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I recently purchased a cross necklace with the option of engraving for an upcoming baptism and I am highly impressed with the quality of the item and it's presentation.

I chose the free delivery option and it arrived within 2 days of the order being place!

I've just received my package. As promised from the company I'm absolutely gobsmacked. At the quality and the presentation. I genuinely recommend anyone. 12 deal with this company and to look at their offerings on the internet. They're just absolutely. Knockout And their prices. Or fabulous

I ordered some Lucky Sixpence cuff links for my brother-in-law’s 60th. They arrived within 3 days, the engraving was excellent and they were extremely good quality. Very happy with Hersey.

I wanted to buy a special present for my wife for our anniversary. As she likes silver, I thought I would look for a silver cuff bracelet, looking around the various ones online, I saw that they were either too thin or looked as if they had sharp edges. I then came across Hersey and they had a very good choice with several styles and they all looked good. I ordered one on Sunday then noted that I had made an error on my order, so I emailed them later on Sunday. On Monday I received an email correcting my order to my complete satisfaction, then on Tuesday they emailed to say the cuff had been sent and I received it on Wednesday. I was very pleasantly surprised as it was much better than the photo and quite heavy. My wife thought it was very lovely which was the whole point of the exercise. I can only say that the quality of the item plus the service and delivery were second to none and I will use Hersey again when I need another present.

I ordered an engraved necklace for my daughter's Holy Communion. I had to call Hersey when ordering as I had a query about the engraving. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, we completed the order and it was delivered, engraved, the very next day. The necklace is of high quality and nicely packaged. I would recommend Hersey without hesitation.

I ordered a birthstone necklace for a friend, it arrived within 24 hours!

The quality of the necklace is first class and it came with a box, cloth and care card. I am sure my friend will love the gift.
