With regards to the sample collection, we do completely understand that this can be difficult, and this is why we have set up a number of different support systems, to help you collect the blood at home. We have a duty of care to highlight the clinical indications of the results. I wanted to reassure you that you are not obligated to carry out the next steps that your doctor has recommended through Hertility. We do encourage all of our customers to take their results to their GP for further investigations.
We provide these additional services to ensure we are supporting our customers with accessible end to end care, as we are aware of the long waiting times that exist within the NHS, and the high costs with private clinics.

My consultation call with Tracey was exceptional. She was warm, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive. She took her time to explain my results in detail, helped me understand my fertile window, and gave me personalised guidance for my trying-to-conceive journey. I felt listened to, reassured, and empowered after our conversation.
It’s rare to find a service that combines medical expertise with real compassion, but Hertility did exactly that. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting clarity about their reproductive health.

Empowering and Helpful
I am so thankful I decided to use this service. I feel that for years my health and fertility has been dismissed - I decided to use Hertility to understand my issues with conceiving, history of miscarriages and all other symptoms. The blood test was easy (although you should make sure you read all the instructions and give yourself enough time to do the test), the results were detailed and revealed useful information for me to provide to my GP and finally get them to investigate further. Then, I had my online consultation in which I was given some very helpful information about what is going on with my hormones and what I can do to help. For the first time, I felt like I was speaking with somebody who understood, cared and gave me tips on how to fight for answers on my health. The service has been incredibly helpful and empowering, I would absolutely recommend it.
