Hertz Dream Collection Reviews 

Now I don’t usually leave reviews but based on the experience I received I just had to. Normally I tend use Sixt or Avis to hire cars for either work or personal use but this was the first time I used Hertz Dream Collection and I must say the service was flawless,me and my wife had to go Nottingham to visit the In Laws so we needed a car with big boot space and comfortable. The moment I called I spoke to Sumit who was really helpful with the booking and answered questions I had,on the day of collection Sabina was really welcoming and just made the whole check in service seamless and easy and put a smile through out and that gave a feeling of being welcomed then Raj inspected the vehicle with me and was very patient and observant during the inspection and on the day of return Sabina checked me in and again was amazing. I just want to say thank you to Sumit, Sabina and the whole team for everything you guys have done and the service you have given,because of you guys me and my wife were able to have a great journey and had many laughs and memories through out with the car. I can’t thank you guys enough from the bottom of my heart and my wife, thank you and i will definitely be using you guys again very soon.

Great car, great service, deposit returned promptly

Highly recommended - Excellent service particularly from Sumit.

Great car, smooth service and Heathrow staff were efficient and friendly. Car however was not clean inside and out to the standard I expected - so much so I had it washed before surprising my wife with it!
I am also waiting for the return of the £2,500 security deposit some 20 hours after returning the car. I will hire from you again as generally happy, but details let this hire down

The service, car choice, cost and convenience are all second to none. The Hertz Dream Collection team are incredibly efficient and really help to ensure an efficient and effective service. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a trusted service, especially with high performance and incredibly well maintained cars. I have been using the Hertz Dream Collection cars for a few years, I have never had any issues. Drive safe!

Just a quick thank you to the whole team in the Bayswater Branch. The Bentley was phenomenal but the Lambo was a one off, incredible experience - thank you for arranging everything within such a short space of time and arranging the whole change over. - I have to say that the service you guys gave was truly exceptional.

The team at Hertz have been amazing with me and my business we have rented Porsche's and Range Rovers for personal use and for Business events. The team have accommodated us through early openings and late waits. We love working with them and could not recommend them highly enough. Enjoy!

Ordered a Range Rover SVR for the weekend. It was delivered on time. The driver called me to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. At arrival, he was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering me to take me through the various aspects of the car. The car itself was immaculate. The car was picked up on time. Once again the driver was very courteous and asked how my weekend with the car was. He was also interested in my feedback regarding how Hertz could improve on the service. For now all I can say is I am very impressed and look forward to renting from this team again !!

Fantastic customer service and a great place to rent from. Staff were very polite and able to handle both the pick-up and drop-off in 10 minutes. Bayswater location is easy to get to and they have a wide selection of luxury and performance cars. As my first selection was unavailable, they offered me a brand new and never driven before car as a replacement. Highly recommended and will be back again very soon.
