Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service, really easy to use and a fine selection of cars. The service was not only professional but also very human and compassionate, which I found the most important to me as I asked if it was possible to have my safety deposit back sooner, and they did it right there on the spot for me which I thought was very sweet of the staff. Wonderful service all around.

Hired the vehicle at very short notice last Friday. Was very simple to get a hold of the team at Hertz Dream Collection. They were clear and simple and provided me with a fabulous car to use over the weekend. Car was in mint condition, with even a full valet just after I reached the pick up location. Would definitely use their services again. Great service, competitive pricing, and no hidden non sense.

Fantastic Company - Friendly Service
I rented a Nissan GTR and this was my 1st time dealing with them and the service has been fantastic, I waited at the Gatwick South Terminal to collect the car for 8 pm was able to receive the car early (Result) and was greed by a Friendly gentleman who delivered the car to me, Went through the necessary checks and all was great, Will definitely use them again.

Amazing car but it developed an issue. The guys at HDC were quick to send out a replacement and get everything sorted out fast. Top marks for customer service. Competitive pricing and awesome selection also help make HDC a solid choice.

Use again , charged me £250 for a small scratch on alloy where other alloys had multiple scratches . Charge was apparently because they have to defleet the car for a day which I am sure they will not
