Very good price for my rental and pick up / drop off were very efficient from the Hertz Heathrow depot. I scuffed the alloy wheel, but they were reasonable on the level of repair required.

We hired the Porsche Cayman for our trip to the Grand Prix travelling with some other business associates. The car itself received the most attention and was a great drive. The service from Hertz Dream Collection was impeccable. Sumit was very helpful from the start; right from obtaining the quote, through to handover at the end. The cars are in excellent condition and would recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a prestige car. There are far too many rogue car hire companies out there which is why we decided to go with Hertz.

Unfortunately 2 stars only because of the dirt and stench in the Heathrow Hertz office.
All in all the car I rented which was a Porsche 718 Boxter was in a good condition and fairly well equipped, although I think it was at least 3-4 year old car but I cannot tell exactly and I'm not sure if it was written anywhere on the rental agreement.
What was appalling was the horrible stench and stains of spoiled drinks on literally every sofa in the rental office. From my experience rental offices placed by airports are generally not very pleasant experiences to go through (long queues) but this one was amplified by the dirt and odour.
Use fake leather sofas, cleaning equipment and air refreshers.
If I hadn't known Hertz and the level of service they provide I wouldn't return.

With respect to the vehicle it is less than 1 year old and the current model. We would never have vehicles that are 3-4 old on our fleet. The vehicle registration indicates the approx age / year of the vehicle.
We have also contacted the Airport Manager at Hertz Heathrow who has advise me that new furniture has been ordered and due to be replaced. Also Heathrow had issues with the main waste pipe and as a result there was an unpleasant smell emitting from the wash rooms. We have been advised that has been resolved now.

Hired a brand new Porsche 911 (992) for the weekend for my wedding and couldn't have asked for a better service.
The car was absolutely stunning, drove like a dream and was dropped off and collected from different locations as requested.
