sent 40 emails since May 2025, of course got ignored like hundreds of others. Case ordered with "lifetime warranty", arrived damaged, no one cared to reply to this day and ever since. I even contacted them on Instagram. Their support is non existent.

Ordered it and it arrived in my country (australia) but never left the sorting centre. It said it has been delivered to the country but not to me or my house. Waste of $57 aud. Tried contacting them and they would respond but would not deliver another one or refund me my hard earned money on minimum wage. Typical Chinese company. Worse than temu aliexpress and much more. Would not recommend this shop especially if you live in Australia.

a great example of a terrible brand. I placed an order for 2 cases, one of them is perfect, the other one doesn't hold the phone because it's defective, but the customer service worked 2 days later and no one responded.

I don't know where so many bad opinions come from. I am very happy, honestly I don't remember when I was more happy with a case. The case is nicely made, looks mega good, it cost a lot (case for iPhone 14 Pro Max and AirPods Pro v2) I paid over 60€ but in my opinion it's worth it. I saved on shipping because I took the cheapest one, which made me wait a long time, about 10 days, I was afraid it wouldn't come but it did and everything is great. I found this product through an ad on Instagram

Never received my products. False tracking number received showing it was delivered in China. Customer support is a joke and said they would send out a replacement order, which has never arrived and I’ve never heard from
Customer service again. I’ve asked several times on multiple platforms for a refund and have never received a response. Do not waste your time or money on this brand, you’re probably not going to receive your product.

Wrote a bunch of emails to the support after not receiving my package, they always said the same bs but at least they responded. Since I asked them to give my money back they ghosted me.

Hi, are you guys for real? I received the case today and it is definitely not worth the money that I paid of £40 including £8 for delivery.
The delivery took way too long from China for £8 I would expect 48 hour delivery and it was just in a plastic bag and bubble wrap, at that price I was expecting something special at least put it in presentation box like your competitors do to make it look appealing. There’s no logo of your company on it or on the packaging. Honestly I can buy the same case off AliExpress for less than £20, so you know where I’m going with this…. Full Refund please or at least some money back.

Orderded 2 cases, received it after 1 week (europe). Good quality. Looks like real carbon fiber but your never 100% sure.

I’ve ordered my cover in December, still not able to have a refund even if I paid for it. Shame on the company, do not buy from them. I know the company will read this email, I just want my money back as you were not even able to ship a package

These guys are scammer. I had ordered a case for my phone and waited more than a month and didnt get anything. I wrote an email to their support for an information or refund, but they even didnt answer to me.

Don’t buy from them whatever you do! Bought what was supposed to be a 50€ phone case. It has now been over a month. Only respond when trying to contact them is ”your parcel is delayed” bla bla bla… I do not recommend

I ordered a phone case after Christmas and did not receive it. When I tried to email them, all they said was that they had to contact logistics company, and they will get back to me but surprise.... nothing after that.

So please do not buy from them because you wont get your order.

You will not receive your products, they will not respond to you, the company is a complete scam.

It was delivered but a bit late .

Company never responded to my emails after I pressed them for a tracking number, because when I asked for an update, they said, and I quote, “ Hello, your parcel is on it's way and will arrive soon :)” This is the ONLY response I’ve gotten. No proof, no real update, just “trust me bro, it’s on the way.” Absolutely vile. Do not buy from this company.

Completely awful. I ordered a phone case and a keycase. The keycase arrived the other one wasn't. I wrote an email,they said that they will look after it and thats all. When I wrote again If they found a solution for it,they don't even reply. They are selling the products what is on TEMU. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!

Case did not look the same as on the website. Nobody from Hexafiber is responding to emails. Apparently, there is no return policy and no customer service. Just a cashgrab company.

Scam ! Phone case never arrived . They sent me tracking number and since november 2024 is my shipment in processing . Do not order from them !

No problem with any part of the order... Just little disappointed that the phone case did not come in a box with their lettering like they promote on their IG page.
