The worst of the worst
The worst of the worst, giving them 1 star rating because I have to! Submitted my order, pre Christmas, paid for and waited 2 weeks. Nothing, no email, message, nothing. Got in touch they asked for my order details which I sent. They advised they would respond within 48hrs, they didn’t, 3 more weeks of silence! Glad some people have received their goods, but for me, and absolute disaster. IF THAT CHANGES AND THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED I WILL REVIEW THE PRODUCT RATHER THAN THE PROCESS BUT FOR NOW……DO NOT ODER FROM HEXAFIBER.

Do not order from this site, I ordered two masks, after a month and a half the package arrived, however, there is only one mask in the package and the other is nowhere to be found. I sent them an email to support and they responded only once, and that is that they can see by the number of packages that the shipment has been successfully delivered. and to my question where is the second mask, no one wants to answer the email anymore, they ignore everything and THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR

Do NOT BUY from Hexafiber I ordered a phone case for my son for Christmas. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything about it being shipping details so I got in contact with Hexafiber since then I have received two different tracking number and both of them have been someone else's parcels.

Very bad company
Really slow to actually send. Case arrive but had a defect, so I contacted them and they just said I had damaged it with a sharp object. You can see the a fiber has not been covered by resin. I have worked with carbon fiber so I can fix it but it's very poor to just blame the customer. I emailed them within minutes of the parcel being delivered.
Do not order from them!

DO NOT order from this store. Never order from a store that doesn't post their organisation number and always make sure the store isn't dropshipping!
Hexafiber dont cancel orders and they dont do refunds the way you expect! I suspect hexafiber is one of those droppshipping stores and i urge everyone to order from their "supplier" instead which is ALOT cheaper. I found similar cases on aliexpress and it looks identical.
I made a order from Hexafiber and i never RECIEVED my order which i alot paid for.
I told them that i want a refund and they were coming with lies and excuses to not refund me. I have never in my life seen such a bad business. Hope they shutdown after this.
