Pedro Brito is very professional broadband installer, he was at all times polite, courteous and answered questions when asked. After he left the system worked well and I was able to connect my pc, printer and tv with no problems. Excellent job 👍🏻😊

Probably the worst isp we have ever had! Constant issues with having no internet which is great when you work from home. You make a call get put on hold to then be told we will have to investigate the problem without any ideas when it will be sorted. My advice pay that little bit extra and go with someone else more reliable

I am frustrated with the ongoing unreliability of this service. Following a major multi-day outage 10 days ago, my internet connection is now only partially functional. Standard traffic is failing, and it appears the network has suddenly blocked all UDP traffic entirely.
When you try to get this technical issue resolved, you hit a brick wall. There is no one in technical support to answer queries or escalate the issue. If you need a reliable connection and actual support, look elsewhere.

We have been added £100 engineer call out fee to our bill with no explanation and customer services are not getting back to us on why this is the case. We were without internet for 5 days and the cables needed fixing. It seems absolutely ludicrous to charge a customer for this (and not even get back to the customer as to why)
I have had an open complaint for 3 weeks now and an internet bill for £150 is not acceptable. It’s fine when it works but when things go wrong is when they will look to take money off you.
Pedro was a really efficient installer and explained what needed to be done before starting. We had our new full fibre at higher speed than promised within half and hour. Great service!

Pedro Brito did my install and did a great job, he asked me where I wanted it installed, did some very clean wiring to the property, make sure there was no mess made from drilling into the wall, and made sure the internet was working at full speed before finishing.

From start to finish signing up has been a breeze, engineer out in no time & they contacted Sky for me so I hadn’t to do anything, speeds are amazing & it’s a million times cheaper than Sky, highly recommend & sorry I didn’t switch sooner!

If I could give no stars I would do that, I had been with them few a couple of years now, at the start they were really good, but since December 2025 I got hundreds of pounds charges due to not renewing in time when I did get that sorted and did a new contract they were still trying to take £172! Then got another bill for £75! When you try and complain ( I am hard of hearing) there is no clear English speaking customer service so you struggle to understand and they struggle to understand you and don't understand what my complain't is..I had to terminate my account with them immediately which they are now trying to charge a early termination fee! No way! This is a awful company to use! Go to rise fibre! They are amazing and cheaper!

Didn't find the speed consistent was a 900mb service but routinely only got 200. and after 3.5 years virgin offered a better deal to decided to switch. Now they don't provide a prepaid mechanism to return the router which is their property. Its the only provider i have seen that wont provide a returns box. Left a bad taste in the mouth.
