Chris Bellott attended my installation. He was prompt and communicated with my prior to his arrival. He asked questions to established how I wanted equipment fitted and his work was of a very high standard. Polite and courteous at all times throughout. Really good job and experience .

Steffan was on charge of my broadband installation.He is very professional and experienced.I really apreciate all the explanations as the service work and the progress made over the installation.
He was very carefull about our house,walls and carpets.At the end he was also cleaning all the work are.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Kwanda today absolutely warranted one. He truly deserves to be recognised.
I contacted Hey Broadband after struggling with slow speeds and my smart appliances constantly dropping off the network. It turned out to be a setup issue on my end (user issue), but rather than making me feel embarrassed about it, Kwanda was warm, patient, and completely non-judgmental from the very first moment.
He didn't just fix the problem. He went well beyond what I expected. Not only did he resolve my broadband speed issue (bringing it far above what I was even anticipating), but he also correctly configured my modem and reset my IP address. The result? Lightning-fast broadband and every single one of my smart devices connected and working perfectly.
What truly set Kwanda apart was that he called me back twice after our call to notify me of further updates and improvements. That is beyond the call of duty and something you simply do not see enough of. Excellent customer service!
His kindness, professionalism and genuine care for the customer are exceptional. He is a true credit to the Hey Broadband team.

Had HeyBroadband installed yesterday and everything ran smoothly , the installer was friendly and efficient , had to call customer services about installing the Norton security and eras dealt with , once again in a friendly efficient manner ,broadband works well and is a lot faster than my old provider so far so good

Hey!Broadband installed our fibre broadband on Saturday and I am genuinely very satisfied and impressed with both the service and the installation.
A special mention has to go to Stefan, the fibre installer. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. What initially looked like it could be a difficult installation was turned into a smooth and quick process. Stefan assessed the situation properly and recommended the best and quickest way to install the fibre using our existing home network.
The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Please give Stefan a raise. It feels rare these days to receive service that is genuinely 100% plus, both in professionalism and friendliness.
