I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Kwanda today absolutely warranted one. He truly deserves to be recognised.
I contacted Hey Broadband after struggling with slow speeds and my smart appliances constantly dropping off the network. It turned out to be a setup issue on my end (user issue), but rather than making me feel embarrassed about it, Kwanda was warm, patient, and completely non-judgmental from the very first moment.
He didn't just fix the problem. He went well beyond what I expected. Not only did he resolve my broadband speed issue (bringing it far above what I was even anticipating), but he also correctly configured my modem and reset my IP address. The result? Lightning-fast broadband and every single one of my smart devices connected and working perfectly.
What truly set Kwanda apart was that he called me back twice after our call to notify me of further updates and improvements. That is beyond the call of duty and something you simply do not see enough of. Excellent customer service!
His kindness, professionalism and genuine care for the customer are exceptional. He is a true credit to the Hey Broadband team.

Had HeyBroadband installed yesterday and everything ran smoothly , the installer was friendly and efficient , had to call customer services about installing the Norton security and eras dealt with , once again in a friendly efficient manner ,broadband works well and is a lot faster than my old provider so far so good

I pay for a 900 Mbps package but regularly receive only 80–150 Mbps at peak times, often far below what was advertised. Even wired testing showed major shortfalls.
Late-night speeds can reach 700–850 Mbps, which strongly suggests the problem is network congestion or oversubscription, not my equipment.
This is a repeat issue. My router, modem and fibre line were previously replaced for the same fault, yet the problem continues. Despite repeated complaints, evidence, and time spent troubleshooting, there has been no proper resolution. I have have been sent another router and told to replace it myself my request to have an engineer attend to do the installation and run diagnostics was ignored.
In my experience, the service sold is not the service consistently delivered. I would urge others to look closely at whether advertised speeds match real-world performance before signing up.

I have been a client of Hey!Broadband almost since they started and the speed of the internet and the service provided by technical support has always been first class. The service provided by Daniel (Hansraj) today was first rate and managed to sort out my 'issues' perfectly. So glad we made the switch from Virgin Media back in '21/22 and hope to be a client for a long time to come.

I have to give a shoutout to Nuno Andrade who did the fiber installation yesterday. He is a top notch engineer and did an incredible job.
We faced some frivolous and irrational challenges while installing the wiring to the building, however Nuno went above and beyond to make sure the install was successful. He was extremely patient, listened carefully to concerns on all sides, and was tremendously helpful in resolving a bizarre scenario.
Before leaving, Nuno confirmed the fiber service was online at 900 mb download/upload speeds (unlike our previous fiber install with Openreach)
