I have recently moved from High Wycombe to Ross on Wye. HeyB do not cover my new address. I asked them therefore to cancel my account. I have had an account since 10/10/23. This is the e-mail I received.
'Your broadband contract is for 24 months
After this, you will move to a 30‑day rolling contract until you give us notice to leave or sign up to a new contract. We will contact you around one month before your fixed contract period comes to an end'.
I have every mail HeyB have ever sent me and a new contract was not one of them. I have therefore been on a rolling 1 month contract since 11/10/25 as far as I am concerned. When I asked to cancel they told me I was in a contract until October 2027 and was liable to pay until then. They are absolute charlatans and I will not be paying this.

Very disappointing broadband speed.
After being promised 900Mb, I on average get 90Mb. I have called technical support multiple times and spoken to an overseas advisor (who is clearly working at home as lots of background noise making it hard to communicate) their resolve was to reset the router each time. Resulting in every device in my household going offline and wifi having to be reconnected - very time consuming. The technical assistance was very basic and did not help the issue and no customer service in the UK in seems. Their sale rep and advertising are very misleading.

I had multiple issues with my broadband and I just wanted to say that Daniel at the technical department at Heybroadband was so helpful. He understod my situation and tried his best to resolve the issue,

Just want to give a quick shout out to the installer Nuno who sorted out the broadband installation. He was on - time, communicated clearly, was neat and completed the installation quickly. Very helpful.

I don't like to be hijacked at home and that is what happened today with Hey Broadband. I already have a service provider but they waffled on talking rubbish. Told them I will call my service provider and they can talk to them. So they left.

Pedro Brito was great today doing our installation. He arrived early and was quick and efficient!

What an awful company!
Sold a broadband package by a conman on my doorstep. Big Mistake! They lied to me about my service and pressurised me into selling a contract
After a year they almost doubled my monthly subscription
Then when I tried to cancel they pressurised me into a cheaper contract and again increased the price massively after a year.
Then I cancelled online, they refused to cancel my contract unless I spoke to them directly! I was unable to do so as I was in Hospital, by the time I realised that they were still taking payments (for a service I was no longer using) They refused to cancel without a further 31 days contract payments!
Now taking the company to the small claims court
Looking forward to a future Refund when fraudulent companies have to pay back their Excessive charges with fines - Much like the miss-selling Scandals!

I have the mega fast Hey with 3 Plume pods to enhance coverage around the house. I had an issue with two Plume pods upstairs which went off line. Support tried help and then said she has escalated to a more senior team as she can’t resolve. Up to this point was fine, but then she said it could take up to two days for them to get back to me. It has been three days since, and there is no sign of the senior team to whom it was escalated. My issue with this type of support is that we are not living in the 2000s when internet at home was just entertainment and you could wait 2 days to get it fixed. Hey! have to step into the current times and take customer issues with more seriousness and sense of urgency.
Edit: Got a call after this review and after giving more information. Afraid to say that the technical feedback was totally useless: that my pods are too far away and "can i bring these closer like within 2 meters". I had explained that second pod is one story up so about 3 meters away from the first, and the 3rd pod was a further 6 meters from the 2nd pods.
It is unbelievable to get this type of technical input. Plume pods are supposed to enhance coverage in the house. These are not supposed to be 2 meters apart. The immediate issue of the two Pods going offline was resolved more or less by itself. But what is amazing is that they can call the customer and give the feedback from their Senior team that the pods are too far away. But they cant describe what is too far. Absolutely unbelievable!!

Really great service and response. Ran into issues with laying the fibre but they have been out several times, kept me informed and are running a new cable just for me. Perfect. Thank you.

The install Engineer blew a huge piece of stone and render off my external wall( £400 damage) while drilling out for cable entry.
He left without telling me and saying goodbye.
When I inspected after realising he had gone I found the bay tree had been moved to cover it over!
I've since complained again after they offered me 1 month free broadband (12 quid!) and are now sending me paperwork with my forged signature on it saying that I signed the installation off!
This company will actually resort to fraud to get away with the damage they caused!
Needless to say the police and my lawyer have now been given all the evidence of this and I have very good grounds to sue for fraud.
Disgusting company.
DO NOT USE!
