I've reached out to their customer support after sending the balance and they were prompt in responding to my query. Easy Exchange
I was skeptical about trying this as I had never done a cryptocurrency exchange before. I hadn't heard of hi.exchange before yesterday but it was a simple process. I placed my order for my USDT to PayPal USD exchange at 7:30pm EST and received the USD around 11 hours later this morning. I was easily able to transfer the money to my card. I will continue to use hi.exchange in the future for exchanging other cryptocurrency as needed.
