Hibbert Homes were absolutely fantastic. We bought our new home and sold our old home with them, and halfway through the process the pandemic hit! Adrian and Will were always available and helpful, and when we had particularly difficult buyers they dealt with the MANY queries and questions from them and ensured we got the best price for our house. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back to them when we sell our house again...though hopefully that won't be soon!

We recently bought a house through HH, our ‘forever home’ if you like, so a big deal both financially and emotionally. With respect to the industry, we have for a long time felt that the vast majority of estate agents in a sellers market are order takers, the evidence of creativity or thinking outside the box to connect buyers and sellers is lacking.
With HH, in particular Will, we were proved wrong! Having seen every house in Hale and Bowden within our expected price range we knew we were not going to find what we wanted by waiting for houses to come into rightmove; our house would likely come from somebody who wasn’t active yet. Will, who’d shown us just two houses (on the market) was able to use his knowledge to take our ideal requirements to a family he thought might be ready to sell, it was a punt but he was right. Having had a conversation with the vendors he arranged an off the record fly by, then facilitated a couple of official viewings. The house was perfect for us, and without his personal knowledge and relationship with the owners, we would still be renting in the area. Worth noting that the house we purchased was significantly higher in value than we had budgeted for, but again, he hit understood our position well enough that it was the right match. With Will out for paternity reasons, we dealt with a couple of other people at HH, including Adrian and found them also to be honest, straight forward and with a distinct lack of ‘salesmanship’ which is often associated with estate agents.

So, in short, we found Hibbert Homes to be the only agent in Hale able to deliver, versus the others who appear to lack the ability to make genuine connections, but are capable of dealing with the administration of posting on rightmove and arranging a viewing.

A completely different level than the competition I’ve dealt with. From initial contact with Damian, viewing with Adrian and then Dianne over email and phone, everything has been very quick, efficient and friendly.
