I have been using Hibbert Homes to buy, rent out and manage my numerous properties since they opened over 6 years ago. Their work ethos has not changed, they still go above and beyond to provide an efficient, professional, personal, caring service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Generally Hibbert Homes worked with us to ensure success in us attaining our desired property; this of course being the main objective of any agent.
Whilst this was the case however, we felt throughout the process, communication could have been improved. Given 100% of communication can go only through the agent direct to the vendor, as a buyer, you have no control of the situation which can be reasonably stressful. For customer satisfaction to be at its highest therefore, one must have faith and confidence in the prompt and detailed communication from the agent [acting on your behalf] to the vendors. We felt this wasn't the case in all instances and would recommend this as an area for improvement.

Did the work of 6 agents....

We've sold twice and bought once through Hibbert Homes. My experience is that they are a straight forward group of people who work hard to meet their commitments. Outside of the process of buying and selling your property, we've found Adrian and Will to be excellent counsel, providing sound advice on our questions and delimmas through the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Will provided an excellent services throughout and was always willing to go above and beyond. I would have no hesitation recommending them to all my family and friends.
