Awesome Service! I love the little guy!

I never take the time to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Charlie. I love this little guy! It's FREE FINANCIAL HELP you guys. Delivered through an app everyone already uses and gets push notifications from. FB Messenger. I always thought I was good at monitoring my accounts through online banking, but lately I keep getting slapped with overdraft and returned item fees. It's infuriating! So I got some help from Charlie. I mean who wouldn't love to see that adorable little guy pop up with new messages, updating you on your balances, new transactions, etc.

Just yesterday Charlie warned me that I'd been hit by another fee and my account was going negative. Since I found out right away, I was able to contact my bank and straighten it all out. I got my money back! Thanks to Charlie!

He also uses your transaction history to give you tips and even suggests services that can help you out. For example, I was suggested a bank that never charges overdraft fees! Another example, Charlie hooked me up with two sites that can help me earn extra cash!

Charlie is a great, cost-free, utility that is a major aid to my spending. It values all reputable and effective measures to lower bills and increase spending smarts. I love Charlie!
