One of the best IEM i got from HiFiGo

I received the Kefine Klean IEM as a gift from my friend who ordered it from HiFiGo webiste, and I never thought I’d have such a wonderful experience! The delivery was super fast. It arrived within just 8-10 days and the packaging was perfect with no damage at all, even though it was an international shipment.

The product itself is amazing the sound quality and build feel premium. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely be purchasing from HiFiGo again in the future. Highly recommend them for both quality and their customer service!

A company you can always count on.

My experience is always fantastic — they have great prices and the shipping to Spain is super fast (6–8 days). Everything arrives in perfect condition. If you ever have a problem, their customer service is very kind and professional, and they always solve your issues

They have gotten better :-D

I recently had my fair share of troubles ordering from hifigo, but they’ve certainly stepped up their game! They responded quickly to the first message I sent about canceling my order. :-D Don’t be afraid to check them out — we all have our troubles sometimes. They even gave me a discount for the delays!

Excellent service and reliable delivery for high-end audio gear

I have placed two major orders with HiFiGo this year:

Order #69419 (May 2025): FiiO M21 portable player (Dark Blue) with leather case.
Order #72411 (July 2025): Eversolo DMP-A6 GEN 2 music streamer.

Both are expensive and delicate products, so I was careful when choosing where to buy them. HiFiGo fully met my expectations.

The ordering process was smooth, the shipping was reliable, and the packaging was excellent - everything arrived in perfect condition. Most importantly, their customer support was quick and professional whenever I had questions, which gave me real confidence in the store.

It’s rare to find an audio retailer that combines a wide selection of hard-to-find products with such dependable service. Based on my experience, I can say HiFiGo is trustworthy and safe for high-end audio purchases. I’ll be happy to continue shopping with them in the future.

JUZEAR x Z Reviews Defiant 1DD Purchase

I bought myself some new IEMs, which were of stellar build quality and offered a great price-quality ratio compared to other choices in the market. But that is just for the product.
You can buy products ANYWHERE in this age of mass information and the availability of so many vendors on account of the internet.

However where HiFiGo excels is customer support and service. I had an issue with a belated delivery on account of my local carrier who is notoriously unreliable during summer months.

I sent them an email, and within hours, *not* days, but hours, they replied to me, informed of the situation and offered me alternatives.

At no point did they stop being nice to me, polite and patient. They were all around stellar. At the end of it all, for the trouble that the delayed delivery offered, they did everything in their power to make me feel heard.

I am now enjoying their product, and I will be buying from them again.

I genuinely, wholeheartedly recommend them. Cheers!

A rare gem

I have purchased audio gear from HiFiGo multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. My orders were always shipped within a day and arrived in the EU in less than a week. Customs and VAT were always taken care of, so there were no extra charges or delays.

Customer support is outstanding - every time I contacted them, they replied within minutes and were always helpful. A few weeks ago, I had to send back an item for warranty repair, and the whole process went smoothly. Although the manufacturer considered the issue to be contamination after inspecting the earphones and intended to charge for the repair, HiFiGo chose to cover the cost themselves and returned the repaired item promptly.

HiFiGo's professionalism, efficiency, and customer care are a rare gem in today's world. I have always had a very pleasant experience with them, and I can only recommend their service. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

I was not made aware at the time of…

I was not made aware at the time of purchase that tariff fees would be charged. Only when the UPS driver informed me of a 40$ charge. I refused. Beware.

I loved the purchase I made

I loved the purchase I made. Excellent DAP — I haven't explored it fully yet, but I'm really enjoying it so far.
As for the purchase itself, everything went very smoothly. It took the estimated time (usually around 3 weeks), and the package arrived well packed.
I'm completely satisfied with this purchase, just as I was with the previous ones.
I hope it continues this way, as I have other items in mind to buy.

Best place for ChiFi goodies!

I already have few purchases with HiFiGO. Everything always goes smooth. No duties, tax to Poland.
Best prices on the web.

Once I had to get parts for the headphones I bought. My warranty already expired by few months so I was willing to pay. To my surprise HiFiGO said that they will send it over for free to address! That's how you deal with loyal customers. 100% recommend shopping here!

Great Experience with Customer Support

I bought the MYER-AUDIO CKLVX CK2V which are great IEM’s but unfortunately had a technical issue with them so I sent them back for repair through warranty which lasts 1 year. I had an issue shipping it back to their warehouse, but thankfully HiFiGo helped me resolve the issue and I successfully got my IEM’s back to the manufacturer. Overall great experience.

Priorities customers

Customer service is of top priority to me and HifiGo delivers. They promptly get back with you with any questions or concerns you may have. They are friendly and helpful. The website is wonderfully laid out and they carry top products. My first order was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. There seems to be a minor delay in shipping with my second order. However, I’m sure it has to do with the sales that are going on. I reached out and got a fast response and they assured me that everything was okay regarding my order. I trust them wholeheartedly. So far my experience is top notch!
