Items has always arrived with tracking. If things do go wrong (like a faulty item) - good communication and return with new item. But, so far very rare. Great place to buy chifi IEM and audio products. Being using hifigo over 6 years. Recommend to check out when items goes on sale!

Originally my HiFi go points got lost in cyberspace, but then reappeared as a voucher. The IEM arrived in about a week to the UK. Beautiful looking, well constructed, smallish IEM. HiFiGo are very honorable and a good company. The IEM review will come when I have burned in and listened in detail. Meanwhile well done HiFiGo to get the AFUL Performer 5+2 / Performer 7 2DD+4BA+1Micro Planar IEM, to me...so quickly. I use them with XL Penon Liqueur tips and the Hiby RIII DAP.
