I received fast and efficient customer service, but it was inconsistent. At one point, they told me they would give me a refund, but now they're telling me they can't. They told me they were going to cancel my account as a request, and today I received an unjustified charge because I had requested cancellation a few days earlier.
I accidentally signed up for your service by requesting a gift from a link, and I haven't even used your service or even know what it's used for.

This club consists of scammers. I just placed an order at Bol.com and got an offer from (it looked like Bol.com) for slippers. Later it turned out to be an expensive subscription to a certain service that I had no use for. I had to block my credit card and it cost me 9.99 and 7.50 for a new credit card. They are scammers, don't fall for it.
