My stairlift has just been serviced by Jake at Higher Elevation. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, as well as thorough in everything that he did. Another outstanding experience with Higher Elevation, I am so glad I have signed up to their service plan.

Higher Elevation is an amazing company. From the fitting of the stairlift and the continued servicing support, they have been excellent provider of an essential equipment to support my disability. The repair team, the engineer, Jason, has been truly exceptional. He has serviced our lift every year. The one time I needed help with the lift and the sensor, the admin team sorted out an engineer quickly. Jason came and sorted out the problem promptly. It also helps that he is knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I’m very pleased with support given from the whole team!

Jason called ahead to say he was on his way and arrived on time to do the annual service on my stair lift. He was courteous and professional and did a thorough job and was patient in answering my questions. I am very pleased and impressed with the service he carried out.

The help that was given to my mother by Jason from Higher Elevation when the stair lift stopped working was impeccable. He was polite, professional & gave very helpful advice. Very impressed.

Jay and Tom came to repair my Mum’s chair and they showed professionalism by checking the Stairlift repairing whatever needed to be done and also the knowledge in the repair for the Stana lift was excellent. I would recommend that you use this firm to repair your lift at all times.

Jason was firstly extremely thorough in checking that all the components of the lift were as they should be. Then he contacted the manufacturer of the lift for guidance and the suggestion resolved the issue. Excellent service.
