Arranged the annual service for our stair lift. Jason called ahead to tell us he was on his way and he arrived on time.
Did a thorough service which included replacing the batteries which were on their last legs. Very pleased with the all round service received.

Jay was punctual, courteous and efficient.

We’ve had two call outs with this company and on both occasions the engineers have responded very quickly and sorted the problem out with no fuss at all. Definitely recommend them.

Jason, one of Higher Elevations engineers, called today to rectify a fault on a Stannah stair lift. He explained everything clearly as he went along and went over and above in making sure the fault was fixed. A credit to the company. Thank you.

I would like to thank Jason for talking me through what may be the issue with my stanna stairlift after it stopped working this morning. Once I done what he suggested it was all back up and running. He even called me back a few hours later to see if the lift was working after his advice. His a credit to the company.

I had such a pleasant experience with Higher Elevation recently. When my lift broke down Higher Elevation were able to send somebody to fix my lift within a couple of hours. Jason was fantastic! He quickly rectified the problem and kept me fully updated throughout the process. He telephoned me beforehand with an ETA, which was a very big help as a disabled user. Jason was patient, informative and professional. Many thanks for all your help and hard work!

What a pleasant experience having Jason and Jake do the first service on my stair lift. Shoes wiped at the doorstep, questions answered and of course the lift serviced. All very professional and polite. Thank you

Paul and James installed our stairlift in a very professional manner making sure that on completion the whole area was clean and tidy. We then had an overall run through of the lift and it’s workings making sure that we understood everything correctly

I made a call to Higher Elevation at 12-30 to report a fault with my elderly Dad's Stannah Stairlift. An engineer was quickly booked, and Jason visited my Dad and had found and corrected the fault, (a stuck button'), by 15-23. This was done despite not getting an answer at the front door, and having to contact me for instructions to the key safe.

Nash was great when he came round and was clear about what was needed and importantly Higher Elevation was then able to deliver exactly as promised. The fitters were excellent despite having to put up with a lot going on, as we had a bathroom conversion happening the same day. Many thanks and my Father is now able to come up and down as he wishes.

Jason was a very polite, experienced engineer. Our call out was an emergency job and the service we received was very prompt.

From contacting the Office to the Engineer attending the whole experience was exceptional. My elderly mum's stair lift stopped working one morning and the engineer attended later the same day and fixed it. Really professional and courteous engineer and a helpful and knowledgeable person in the office who coordinated everything brilliantly. An excellent company that we will definitely use again! They managed to get an engineer to call within a day of contacting them to look at my 98 year old mums stairlift that had stopped working.
Engineer was very thorough and went above and beyond just effecting a repair.
He made sure that everything on the stairlift was working correctly before he left.
Can’t recommend Higher Elevation highly enough.

Higher Elevation installed our Flow X stairlift yesterday. They were extremely pleasant and did a very competent and professional job, even to the extent of repainting a small area of woodwork which required modifying. The stairlift works well and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for stairlift work.
