First service of Stannah lift
On Monday of this week, Higher Elevation (the company who installed our Stannah lift arranged for one of their engineers, Jay to come and make the first service. He was very friendly and helpful, extremely helpful to explain any aspect of the lift which I need clarification on. He also pointed out some of the problems which might occur. Very pleased with the service which was very efficient

10pm on a Friday night - Problem Solved in Record Time
10pm on a Friday night, stairlift beeping and not working, a 92 year old facing the prospect of a night on the couch… all the fixings of a disaster… but the higher elevation team came through to solve the problem in record time!
Bethany responded rapidly, polite and efficient walking through troubleshooting steps - alas to no avail. Despite the late hour she managed to find a next step:
Then Jay came into play, a consummate professional engineer walking me through the steps needed to resolve the problem… on the phone, patient and precise, great problem solving!
Job Done!

Faultless service
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The customer service provided by Bethany and the technician Jay, who worked tirelessly all morning to remove my late father’s stair lift was faultless.
It is a rarity that an appointment like this goes without a hitch but it really did. The appointment was booked exactly to fit with my plans and despite bad traffic, Jay arrived on time and kept me informed as to his arrival time. Thank you so much for making a difficult and upsetting time so much easier.

Service concern
For several years we have used this company to maintain a thyssen curved stairlift.
Faults have occurred on repeated occasions and we have been charged highly for repairs
On a last maintenance visit the " engineer" caused a big crack sound @nd then reported a broken charging unit at the base of the unit, he said it was due to improper earlier service, only HE have ever serviced the item.
I have now been asked for a ridiculous sum to repair the broken part THEIR man damaged!!

Highly Recommend, Extremely Satisfied
Mum and Dad recently had a Stannah 260 Siena stairlift installed by Higher Elevation. "We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from start to finish. Paul Simkins, who came to assess our needs and house, was very informative and answered all our questions patiently and completely. The installation, by Gary and his colleague, was very efficient and we were given careful instructions about operating the chair. They waited very patiently while we practised ascending, descending and getting on and off at the mezzanine landing. We highly recommend “Higher Elevation “. Marco and Patricia Alcalay.

I talked to Nash about a small outdoors lift for accessibility. After sharing some pictures he proposed an alternate solution which was more appropriate, but didn't make higherelevation any money. I was really impressed by this focus on getting the best results. Thanks

After several years excellent service our Stairlift needed an upgrade. Higher Elevation were, as always, prompt, efficient, courteous and thoughtful in providing the necessary upgrade.
