Scam liar and fraud
Scam liar and fraud. The b*** refused to send the required paperwork resulting in the shipment being held by fedex customs. She did it on purpose so that the shipment gets sent back to her and she can re sell it. F her. I’ve reported her business for fraud

Your malicious review does not come as a surprise at all.
You purchased 4 items from us, all of which were expeditiously shipped to your address in Georgia. Correct (identical) documentations for customs had been included with all of them. One of the parcels was delivered to you within days (confirmed by yourself) while the other 3 items are being held by the the Georgian customs. We supplied ALL paperwork requested by them. Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do.
It had also been explained to you that we will issue a full refund once we receive the items back. We will not be able to issue the refund prior to the items being returned as the items might still be released to you. Obviously, this will only happen if you pay any outstanding custom fees if requested by the Georgian customs.
Throughout these transactions we have been keeping you informed on a daily basis and replied to all of your concerns.
I understand you are frustrated, however we do not tolerate profanity and verbal abuse directed at myself or at any member of my staff.
Due to the barrage of abuse and cursing we received from you via our social media account, we had to remove you, however you can contact us via email at admin@highheelhierarchy.com if you require any further assistance in this case.

Amazing
Amazing! Warning on the shoes description of a scuff on the side of the shoe, once delivered I was shocked at how amazing the state of the shoes were, I would have never noticed the mark myself but appreciate how detailed HHH are about their products. Delivery was so quick as well, couldn't be happier with the overall service.

Advertised price lower on the website
Saw the item advertised on the website, clearly displayed with the price sticker. The advertised price on the website was significantly more than the price shown on the sticker, when I enquired about the lower price sticker showing I was given a story that it was a staff promotion price and not available to me! The sticker with the lower price showing then mysteriously vanished off the box shown on the website!

You saw a pair of designer sliders on our website with the original price sticker on the side of the box that had been issued by the designer and it was showing a promotion price that had been offered to members of their staff. This is very common.
We were selling this item on consignment, which means that we were selling for a client. Clients can freely determine how much they want to charge for an item, and can indeed ask for more than what they had originally paid for.
Those sliders were advertised and were promptly sold to a very happy buyer for £100 less than the current retails price. The price sticker in question was indeed showing the price that the seller originally paid for, but that does not mean you are entitled to the same discount.
You asked us for a discount and we explained that we will not be able to offer you a lower price.
We removed the offending sticker because it was clearly causing you great upset.
It is just a shame, DR NEIL, that purely because we did not offer you the discount you had asked for, you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review.
Apologies about any distress this incident (that happened appx. a month ago) may have caused to you and wish you all the best for the future.

From first contact to last it’s been a pleasure. I wasn’t looking to make a purchase but in fact I was enquiring about selling items I have. I just happened to mentioned I liked a bag I’d seen on the website.
Through messages I was given honest advice on items I wanted to sell as well as the bag of seen. I never felt pressured at any time nor was there any hard sales pitch.
I eventually decided to buy the bag, this was down to the service I received, no questions to silly and no length of time too long I felt at total ease with the purchase.
And all I can say is wow! The bag was even better in real life and exactly as described!
I have no doubt I’ll purchase from here again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending others to.
