I have used HHH 3 times now and have received exceptional customer service every time. The items come beautifully packaged, both pairs of Louboutins I bought were brand new, in immaculate condition and in original packaging with shoe bags. The last item I bought was not going to be here in the time I needed them due to Royal Mail strikes. HHH messaged me to inform me of this and when they found out I needed them asap they went above and beyond by sending next day delivery by DHL at their own expense. Will absolutely use again, and again, and again! Thank you HHH!
