I spent £10 on a pair of high quality brand new running gloves that had tags,
When I received the item, they were clearly worn, would post a photo but can’t, the items stain did come off in the wash, the item also had tags in a plastic bag which it wasn’t attached too, feel like someone’s used to it, sent it back then resold to another customer before checking the gloves, there was dog hair inside plus the customer service team where sooo rude that I felt like there was nothing i could do to revolve the issue, I honestly would not recommend this to my enemy!!!

As explained by our Customer Service team if an item arrives with you not as shown when you ordered or in a manner you are not happy with you need to let us know straight away not after you have washed or worn the item.
Unfortunately you did not contact us directly after receiving the item and you have explained that you have washed the item which means it is now unsuitable for a return.
We apologies there is nothing we can do for you.

Exceedingly helpful
Let down by another supplier for my sons birthday present I ordered from High Octane Sport via Amazon. Due to the tight time scale I then had to reorganise delivery and contacted them directly, they simply could not have been more helpful and delivery arrived in time. Disaster averted!!
