I was looking for a new pair of ski goes - small ladies, leather and goretex, black, not gauntlets. I need new gloves; I usually ski towards the end of the season and in my experience stuff in the shops then doesn't usually fit the precise bill!

I was searching for a specific item and came across this company; immediately bought the product due to the very competitive price. The item arrived quickly, but I was disappointed to find a flaw in the item. I contacted High Octane directly and they couldn't have been any more helpful. They arranged a replacement to be sent to me directly from the manufacturer! All in all, I find fantastic customer service like this too much of a rarity these days and would have no hesitation in buying from this company again in future.
