I was sadly let down by another sport retailer. Then I contacted High Octane Sports. I was a Bafoon not contacting them first.
I spoke with a very courteous lady and I enqired about a pair of Ockley Radarlock XL Sunglasses. The previous retailer had advertised that the item, which I'd paid for only to find out of my own accord that they in fact had none in stock.
I explained everything to the lady at High Octane and surprised whilst speaking to her she assured me that they indeed had this item in stock as she was holding it in her hand. She informed me that it would be in the post the same day my order was received. True to her word, it was and arrived within 48hrs at no extra cost.
Now that's what I call Service. As for the Oakley's ......they speak for themselves.

My order came through very quickly, at a great price. Would not hesitate to use again.

Purchased the same Bolle Gravity goggles from HighOctane before - came back to them because they still had them in stock, this year a couple of pounds cheaper as well. Delivery was quick and easy. Would happily come back yet again: maybe next year....

Best price on internet for Zoggs, the best googles, and with free P&P, and fast service, very pleased all round.

After only wearing my 2XU trisuit on 3 occassions the zip broke. I'd had it for just over a year but Amelia at High Octane dealt with the manufacturer on my behalf and now I have a shiney new suit. Very pleased and will definitely be putting my business their way in the future.

i was very pleased with both the product and the companies communication. They were fantastic at calling me back after I left a message on their answer machine. They gave me some very good advice and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. ;-)

Really impressed - high octane initally offered advice with sizing of wetsuit and were brilliant help when it appeared to have gone awol in post, even being prepared to send out another one to guarantee arrival for ironman event. Overall, highly recommended.

Shame the jobs worth postman couldn't leave it with a neighbour as it needed signature. Didn't get to race in the suit on Sunday . What a waste of money for the next Saturday delivery was.

I purchased the zone 3 vision wetsuit size ml.im 80kg,5,11 height.the wetsuit fits perfect.I'm from Dublin Ireland and purchased the wetsuit on the Wednesday and had the wetsuit delivered Friday morning.when ordering online I have never had a purchase so efficient and fast.very happy with the customer service from Ilaria that I spoke to on the phone.i explained that I had a triathlon on the weekend she assured me with a follow up email that I would have it in time.

I saved nearly £20 on any new zone 3 wetsuit than if I'd bought it at the local shop. Fast free delivery too.

We wanted a good wetsuit but didn't want to pay the earth. After looking at all the options on the net High Octane gave the best price for the one we wanted. I was easy to order and arrived within 3 days. Excellent.
