Magical bed. A dream to sleep in.
I now understand what a bed should feel like. It’s so comfortable. It’s too early to say whether it’s helped me orthopedically, but I’m optimistic.
It is, however, REALLY awkwardly heavy. It’s so heavy that the handles snap when you try to move it. When I dispose of it in the future, I’d need to hire at least two gym rats to help me.

Really good value for money as i bought in the sale. Very comfortable but doesn't feel luxurious.

Me and my partner Love this mattress so much We actually returned the double size and bought King Size instead to have more space on it 😂

It’s hard to explain, but when you Lay down it feels like clouds are hugging you, but they Give you a Little bit of Resistance to Support you.

We had a few friends come over to look at the “HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR IT?!” Mattress and Their reactions were : “Uuuuuh” “Oh God this feels Nice” and one even asked if they can stay overnight to sleep on it 😂

Also make sure to give it a Month before deciding if you really like it or not. First few nights we found the mattress to be a bit harder but Then each night it became softer and softer and Now, It’s truly perfect.

I Also really like how the sides dont make me feel like falling when I have to Reach for something from the bed or when I sit on the side while deciding if I should Quit my job to stay in bed 😂

The support has been amazing. We bought the UK double size mattress on amazon, and then decided to get a bigger one. We ordered A King Size on their website, however we received the wrong mattress model in right size. The support has promptly (I had a response within an hour!) replaced the mattress and arranged pick up of the wrong model at the same time as the correct one was being delivered. We then returned the double back to Amazon. 10/10 customer service. They customer support also called me day after the delivery to make sure everything is okay and I received correct size and model.

Truly exceeded all the expectations. Well worth the price. My sleep is now truly energising and my back doesn’t hurt anymore.

Really not happy a shambles

I took me about a week to feel comfortable on this mattress. I think that was because it it quite firm and my old mattress was very soft. Now I am sleeping really well and my husband who was getting backache on our old mattress is not suffering any more and also sleeps well. I haven't felt too hot so far unlike my old tempur mattress where I regularly was over heating and throwing the covers off. One word of warning though, it is very heavy! My husband and I had to drag it up 2 flights of stairs, then lift it onto the bed frame, it nearly killed us, lol!. After about 8 hours it was ready to sleep on and we didn't notice any smells like previous reviewers have said. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I have taken delivery of a mattress that I ordered. Firstly it was damaged and they sent a new cover which is impossible to fit. Secondly, I said on delivery that it wouldn't be suitable for my needs and wanted to return it under the 200 day guarantee. However, they are now completely ignoring my e mails because they don't want it back and will not honour their guarantee. Don't be taken in my their dishonest claims. They are a terrible unkind and disrespectful company.

Good price, service, delivery, and an excellent mattress.

Waited longer than scheduled for delivery. Had to rearrange my work rota to accommodate and lost a days pay. No idea what time it was due to arrive on the rescheduled day, I was never given a delivery time slot.
When ordering, I was promised a free waffled robe (size xl) which I never received either.

The king size premium hybrid mattress has been excellent. It’s been nearly a week since it was purchased & have no complaints so far. Delivery was on time & very helpful. The mattress is very heavy but I think that’s because it is a quality product. The mattress is great value & our sleeping has really improved. Also my wife suffers with Fibromyalgia & she has slept so much better with this mattress. Even after the first night sleep. Really happy with mattress so far.

Fast and efficient- ordered on Saturday, delivered Wednesday! Very heavy mattress, took 2 people to pop on bedframe, but I've found it super comfy and my bad back has eased.

We have only slept on the mattress for just over a week, so at the moment we are finding it quite comfortable, we feel we need to sleep on it for at least a month before we could give a true review

Excellent service fast delivery by an amazing delivery company

Delivery was quick, arrived on the Monday after ordering the previous Thursday I think. The mattress was left inside our front door for us to take to our room upstairs, it arrived compressed in a bag and was extremely heavy. It needs two strong people to carry (for a king size).
Mattress is really nice, good quality, it's a hybrid and is firm in general but the upper layers are softer and conform nicely to body shape. No problems side-sleeping on it. Only had it a few days but very happy so far.

Was an amazing experience with the costumer support they were very helpful and they sent me replacement as the first mattress wasn't the right one , and am very happy with the mattress it's very comfortable and I even tried the egg experience and it was real 😀

First night's sleep with the new HIGRID mattress and very pleased - super comfortable, very supportive, and an all-round excellent sleep!

When we ordered the mattress the delivery time was changed by an hour but we were notified the day before the delivery was due which was fine.
About the mattress itself, it's very heavy at 49kgs so needs a couple of people to lift it but after sleeping on the mattress for the first time last night I have to say the mattress is fantastic. I suffer with osteoarthritis in my hips and this is the first time I have got out of bed and not been in pain, the mattress is soft on the top but supportive of your whole body.
If you suffer with pain then I highly recommend this mattress. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the fact that the day we purchased the mattress it was at half price, the very next day it got reduced to £420 which was a further £180 and as we purchased on the Sunday the order wouldn't have gotten processed until the Monday.
