king size premium Higrid

I purchased the king size premium hygrid and fell in love with it. It was lovely and firm but now it feels like it is getting soft also if you remove the cover the foam is quite dirty not really a good standard. I them purchased the same mattress in the double for the spare room and this one is so soft and also dirty.

I think these will have to be returned as no one should be sleeping on a dirty mattress.

Great Customer service

Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on but I must say that the Higrid customer service was fantastic. They persuaded me to try it for a bit longer but when I couldn't get comfortable on it they arranged collection and refund of the price with no issues whatsoever

Comfy mattress in handy protection bag

The mattress arrived in its own protective bag. It's got handles so it wa easy to move it about. The mattress took few hours to be ready to sleep on and got praise for comfort from my 11y o who the mattress was for. Only downside was the waiting period.

Had some issues with ordering but the…

Had some issues with ordering but the gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.
I know every review says this but this so heavy. I live alone and I had to get help to get this up the stairs. It was a struggle for two people.
The experience could be improved by a delivery service that delivers to the room and takes the old mattress away.

The mattress itself is amazing quality but I find it too hard. Only been on a few days so I have to get used to it but I’ve already had to order a memory foam topper. My hips ache. I’m tall, bit chunky and a side sleeper so maybe I didn’t choose well for me. 200 day returns means I’ll have time to make an informed choice. Overall would recommend.

A comfortable, supportive mattress

Good response to queries before purchase. Good, timely delivery of mattress. The mattress itself is the most comfortable I have ever owned. I am even comfortable sleeping on my back, which is unusual. This mattress helps me to sleep better and eases my sciatica. It feels soft but supports me very well.

Company communicated well!

After my initial order there was a bit of a lull and I was expecting 4 - 6 weeks delivery. I received an email after about 10 days saying they had stock. Communication with the company was easy and the matress was duly delivered the following week. Came rolled up in a zip bag and took 2 people to carry it.
After unrolling the matress, I wanted to check it was the hybrid, company responded promptly and asked for photographs, and duly confirmed it was correct. Very happy with the comfort level.

Higrid do not have control of delivery process

I have had a nightmare dealing with hygrid despite attention from Abhishek in custom services.

I organised a purchase of a mattress for delivery to my new home in December. Having made sure this was noted (and it was even written on the invoice I received) the mattress arrived at the home some 7 weeks early.

The current residents took in the mattress but asked me to collect it from them which was challenging because the mattress is very heavy. When I did so I discovered the mattress had been damaged before delivery to the home.

I contacted customer services who arranged for a replacement to be sent at the right time in December.

The replacement in fact arrived a week ago at the beginning of November.

I now have to deal with another mattress in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I don't really know how to deal with this, however I'm hoping that I can return the mattress for a refund and order again closer to when I need it.

The company were very informative and…

The company were very informative and helpful throughout the buying experience. When the delivery was made, again the company were without fault with excellent tracking and carrying the parcel to our third floor without fuss.
When we inspected the mattress there had been ingress of water as the outer kit bag had been damaged and it was a very wet day. The mattress was immediately replaced with an apology given and accepted.

I love the mattress and great customer service to resolve issues we had

Can't fault the mattress. 5 stars for it. I have arthritis all over my spine and other joints and had been looking for a mattress and HiGRID's mattresses have so many great reviews, so I took the plunge.

With our old mattress it was so difficult for me to get up and out of bed and put weight on my leg for the first hour or 2, but with HiGRID mattress whilst no mattress will completely eliminate the pain, but I am now able to put weight on my legs practically straight away. I am certain you won't be disappointed with their mattresses.

The reason I dock 1 star is because I
was sent the wrong mattress not once but twice. Only realized the first one was wrong when we unrolled it. The second time we refused delivery when we made sure we checked as they were unloading it out of the vehicle.

The customer service Abhishek has always been very helpful and I do understand that the problem was with their fulfillment partner, the giant Amxxxx, but it was still a big inconvenience as the mattress is very heavy and our house is on the small size.

The issue has been resolved in a timely manner.

I would also mention HiGRID has shown great gestures to upgrade our mattress (with our concent of course) and also donated the incorrect mattress to a family in need.

Keep up the good customer service and I wish this company will go from strength to strength.

Do not buy from Higrid

Do not buy from Higrid! They work with a very bad delivery company and you will never recieve the mattress.
I recieved my money back but i waited 3-4 weeks for the mattress and i really needed.
Now i have to look again for a new mattress.
What a shame!

The mattress is brilliant, but not customer support

The mattress is brilliant - so comfortable and has relieved my aching joints, giving me really good support and sleep.
Unfortunately customer support and delivery arrangements were not so good, hence this is 4 stars rather than 5. I was given a day for delivery and allowed to track progress, but absolutely no indication of when in the day and no way to amend date or give delivery instructions. I rang customer support, who were obviously not interested, said 'we'll see what we can do' and then hung up on me! No comeback or communication after that. I had to rearrange my work schedule so I could be at home for the whole day as I had no idea when they were coming. Such a pity as the product itself is so very good and I would (and have) recommended it - but I suggest Higrid look at their delivery process!

New company seems to be having teething problems

Ordered on their website 2 weeks ago; confirmation email advised the mattress would be dispatched within 3 days and I would receive another email when it was with the courier. I never received any information about the courier so I contacted Higrid who sent a generic email to say they expect my order to be disptached soon. I have tried sending further emails, contacting the online chat function, and phoning their customer service number multiple times a day - nobody ever answers the phone. Given the company was new, had taken my money and gone silent I started to worry and ended up starting a dispute with PayPal and requesting a refund.

I did eventually manage to get hold of someone from the company who was very apologetic and said the company was experiencing technical problems so they hadn't been receiving my emails or calls. As it turned out, the mattress was due to be delivered that day, but by this point I'd already lost trust in the company (what's the point in a sleep trial or 10 year guarantee if you can't actually get hold of the company when you need to?) and wished to proceed with a refund.

To their credit, I was refunded immediately and the money was back in my back account within 24 hours.

Quick delivery; kept informed of the product.
We feel better after two weeks of use. My wife previously experienced back pain from a sprung mattress. Day by day, she is feeling better now.
