Mattress was delivered on time. Very comfortable.

Mattress arrived promptly. Excellent quality. We have had many mattresses and have struggled find the right one. This is the first one we both found comfortable straight away. Our sleep is still not perfect, but we're finding we feel significantly better on waking than we have previously. Also the mattress does not retain our body heat which is helping with temperature regulation. We have only had it two weeks but the signs are promising. Long may it continue!

After reviewing mattress
for over a month I decided on the HiGrid, mainly knowing if it didn't live up to the reviews and statement by the company, I could return it. I'm a hot sleeper and have issues with hip pain and so needed a mattress that eased the pressure points.
My sleep has improved gradually over the first week of receiving my mattress and I'm enjoying so much less pain.
My order was delivered within 5 days, which included the weekend, and was informed at all points of its journey.
It arrived well packed and then placed into a box which made it so easy for taking upstairs for its resting place (😄)

I would recommend the HiGrid for hot sleepers and persons with joint issues as it feels like its melting around your body

I bought this mattress because i have scoliosis whish has gotten worse recently.I find it difficult to lie flat or anyway actually.
This has made sleeping much better because the mattress moulds to the shape of my body,what a relief it is.It feels firm to the touch but soft to sleep on.
I highly recommend it especially for anyone with spinal issues.

I don’t ever do reviews but this mattress is amazing. In the past I’ve struggled to find a comfortable soft mattress and this one I thought was maybe harder than I would choose but having the trial period I gave it a go and I’m so glad I did! No more back pain in the morning, able to sleep on my side comfortably, only waking up for the loo twice instead of at least four times and no more pressure sores! I can’t rate it high enough. Thank you for improving my life x

The Higrid mattress is one of the best that I have slept on. It is on the firmish side but this does not matter because the mattress moulds to your body after a while. It is a cool mattress and conducts the heat away from the body so that you do not wake up too hot. My sleep has improved because of the Higrid mattress.
Buyers should note that Higrid deliver the mattress to the front door only. The delivery company does not carry it to the bedroom and they do not dispose of the old mattress

Very terrible experience. I moved to a new place and ordered King size hybrid metress and while checkout it said 2-4 days of standard delivery, its been 5 days now and have not received my metress. Tried to email the team and they replied being sorry and saud due to high demand our metresses are still in production and your metress will be dispatched one week from now. I mean wth why did you put 2-4 days on website. Terrible company. They have made refund process so awful that I have no other choice than just to wait. I have to buy inflatable metress from amazon because of this which cost me more.

Great Product, very comfortable yet firm mattress

This mattress is among the best ones I’ve used: it is firm, supportive and my sleep has improved a lot since my purchase. I recommend everyone who prefers a firm mattress to try this one out.

The delivery was fast and easy, with many opportunities to arrange a free return on the off chance that one doesn't like it. The customer service was also very helpful and responsive.

Fantastic mattress! We’ve been in desperate need for a new Mattress for years, and I’m so glad we came across HiGrid. We have the luxury hybrid mattress and it’s the comfiest thing ever, like literally sleeping on a cloud! Would highly recommend HiGrids mattresses if you need a better night sleep.

The most comfortable nights sleep I have had in years!

The mattress is soft yet firm and I normally wake up numerous times in the night with back and shoulder pain but I’m now sleeping through and waking up fully rested without the aches and pains I was previously experiencing!

Mattress came super fast and very well packaged, it’s such a dream to
Sleep on. My back and shoulders have been better in the mornings I’ve noticed I wake up in the same spot I fell asleep in and that never normally happens. It’s firm but still soft it shapes to your body perfectly I would highly recommend

This mattress is firm and good for your back and at the same time very comfortable. It Adapts to the shape of your body and hence is very comfortable. It has definitely improved my sleep and I will recommend this to everyone who likes a bit of firm mattresses.

Having owned an Emma Original Hybrid mattress for a few years, I jumped at the chance to try the new HiGRID Premium Hybrid Single Mattress with Japanese patented smartGRID technology. Compared with a box which most of the time is damaged during transport, it came in a lovely round bag ready for unwrapping.

It's not a job for one person to lift the mattress (about 30 kg), so make sure you have someone to help you.

I left the mattress for 4 hours after opening it and it had fully inflated itself during this time and was ready to be slept on.

With 2500+ air channels in the SmartGRID layer, the mattress was both soft and firm. It didn't get hot or cold, which was an issue I had with Emma Mattress. The mattress cover can be removed to be washed easily. It feels cool even with a sheet on the mattress.

Due to my bad back, I was nervous about switching mattresses, especially after years of sleeping on Emma, but this one provides support in all the right places and just fits my body perfectly. In addition to being extremely comfortable, it was also very supportive.

When you perch on the edge of the mattress it has a firm feel and the sides of the mattress don’t collapse. Early days but really pleased with it so far. Also, it comes with a 10-year warranty which helps assure the mattress's quality.
